I ordered a set of mystery pins off of their website and bought more in order to get 2 free pins. I did this because I thought it would improve my chances of getting something different. I followed their promotion rules and what it stated and bought more than I originally planned but I was fine with it to get the extra pins. When I got my package I didn’t have the extra free pins. I spent an hour back and forth with customer service only for them to tell me because of a technicality that wasn’t mentioned I won’t get the free pins. They literally said that’s just how politics work. They need to update their promotions and clarify things.

Site was very well stocked with many great items to choose from!! I had come in to see what was available as I had not planned on making a purchase. The employees were very attentive and even asked my group if we had signed up for rewards and to check what discounts we had available. We only walked half the store. I had a few items to think about purchasing in the future. There’s only so much Jack Skellington you can buy before it’s too much. I didn’t get to see any Loki items so that was a bit of a bummer. Had I walked the entire store, I bet I would’ve found something!!

I visited your store yesterday to purchase a gift for my friend's daughter. I selected a lunch bag and paid $91, including tax. Unfortunately, the cashier displayed an unacceptable attitude. When I declined to open an account, she seemed put off. Additionally, when I asked her to remove the tissue paper from my purchase, she refused, forcing me to do it myself. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better customer service training for their staff.

Birthday shopping, Graduation shopping, Christmas shopping!!!! You have got to check this place out for great gifts!!! What a great store. Lots of great brand stuff from Star Wars to Hogwarts lots of great clothing and collectibles. Now that I have a grandson, I am so glad I found this place. Going to be a lot of fun shopping for him. And maybe a jacket for myself

Absolutely terrific pop culture store in the Irvine spectrum. Always some fun Star Wars finds, lots of anime and tons of other hot shows and products and Funko pops. Browse for fun required every time we go to the spectrum!

Ana is pretty rude, wife walked in first with crying toddler and I just saw her giving them. “Yuck” face. Not welcoming at all especially if she’s the first worker you get greeted with.

I freakin LOVE Boxlunch! Tbh...it's one of the only reasons I like going to the Spectrum, they have ALL mine and my son's favorite character merch, and their customer service is always top tier!! Def a little pricey, but I promise you, you will find things unlike anywhere else, and to find your favorite characters is worth it!!!

I love it soooo much!!! I'm a huge merchandise collector and I came across the store and was shocked! They had sooo much merchandise, and the employees were so so nice to us, they showed us where things were and they had a huge selection of things. Hardly anything was out of stock and it was filled. The quality of everything was great too, to me, everything held great value, like funko pops, lounge fly bags, etc!

I've been to a few box lunch locations and this surprisingly is my least favorite. The store was more of a mess than other lunch box spots I've been to. If it wasn't for the items they have that I wanted, I would've given a lower star review. Selection seemed limited still. As well as availability for an associate to assist.

Do NOT shop here they stole my money from me and charged me multiple times for my purchase when I had already been checked out and handed the receipt and bag. They're money hogs and capitalism to a Tee and do not care about their customers, ONLY about the money
