I love it soooo much!!! I'm a huge merchandise collector and I came across the store and was shocked! They had sooo much merchandise, and the employees were so so nice to us, they showed us where things were and they had a huge selection of things. Hardly anything was out of stock and it was filled. The quality of everything was great too, to me, everything held great value, like funko pops, lounge fly bags, etc!

I've been to a few box lunch locations and this surprisingly is my least favorite. The store was more of a mess than other lunch box spots I've been to. If it wasn't for the items they have that I wanted, I would've given a lower star review. Selection seemed limited still. As well as availability for an associate to assist.

Do NOT shop here they stole my money from me and charged me multiple times for my purchase when I had already been checked out and handed the receipt and bag. They're money hogs and capitalism to a Tee and do not care about their customers, ONLY about the money

There is a nice, helpful team working here and SO many awesome items! The store was organized, clean, and easy to navigate; I was able to keep items I planned to purchase at the front counter while I continued browsing. I will definitely be back!

when I first found out about BoxLunch, very excited as I am a Ghibli fan. First order all mail delivery, no problem although the items arrived in separately but all came. 2nd Purchase multiple things again but only one was local store pick up; I wanted to test how reliable the local store pick up could be. The Mononoke shirt was stated as available and I chose it. All the mail delivery items came but the on-site pick-up up cancelled; farewell my Princess Mononoke! The funny thing I physically saw the same shirt with the exact size I ordered at the store before I made the online order. 3rd purchase all on-site pick up and I am testing this company how reliable is it. The phone app never showed the order completed even after 12 days (today). I used the Live-CHAT within the BoxLunch site. The chat started 3:45 pm EST and I have 3 questions. 1. why the Mononoke shirt was canceled 2. Third order took 12 days and has not yet been completed; then the Dragonball Z shirt is canceled; why? 3. when will all the items arrive at the store? By 5:10 pm only one question was resolved. Then I found out later in my email that the Totoro bowel arrived and because I did not pick it up within 5 days, canceled. The phone APP did not indicate anything about ready-to-pick-up. their IT team is terrible and wonder where BoxLunch hired the IT team from. If you sent out an email for item pick up but your APP sits still and nothing shows, what is the use of the phone APP???????????????Al,so the items of one purchase arrived on a different day. So how many times does Boxlunch want be to drive to the store to pick up one item at a time? This is worse than Walmart or Target. And who will pay for my extra gas money? The agent gave me an excuse saying sometimes the item people selected is not available and Boxlunch has to cancel the order. This is 1997? What kind of software is BoxLunch using? The company has no idea of its inventory? Has the boss of BoxLunch ever seen a barcode before? Not to mention does he or she know how to use a barcode? This company has potential but if the boss is not awake its stoneage IT team is a shame.

Visited the Irvine Spectrum coming from up north and was pleasantly surprised to find a BoxLunch. They had some good finds and sales too. Shout out to Celeste that day for her awesome customer service!

DO NOT ORDER BLIND BOXES FROM THEM. I ordered 3 of a blind box and got 3 of the same item. Thinking it was bad luck, I order 6 more and they were all the same again. Looking at the reviews on their site, this happened to every single person that ordered the item. Customer service just says it's "not their fault" and there is "nothing they can do". :(
