I have been going to this place for my mama gram and pelvic ultrasound for 3 years, and The staff at this place is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. They make you feel comfortable and at ease during the procedures. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. The equipment used is top-notch and the technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The results from my mama gram and pelvic ultrasound have always been accurate and provided in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of these services.Thank you.

terrible experience. My company offers an executive physical including an annual mammogram. They contract with certain physicians and imaging practices. I was referred here for a routine mammogram. I don't live in the area and rearranged my schedule to come here only to be called the evening before saying that they can't take me. No explanation when I asked as to why, just that they can't take me, and they could not reschedule me at this time. Fortunately my company was able to send me to a different location in Newport Beach who gladly took me in the same day. I did provide this feedback to my company and suggested that they no longer refer our employees to this business.

Bait and switch with prices. They quoted an office visit price and then billed 3 times the amount quoted and are now trying to send to collections.

Gorgeous place. Will never go elsewhere for mammogram! You feel Ike a celebrity here I walked in and felt like they were just waiting for me ! Superb nurses and front desk. Yay for not a sterile experience while you get your boobs smushed !

While the staff and nurses were very professional and friendly, this review is because they no longer have a radiologist on staff. Someone comes in after hours after a day or two and looks at your mammogram. They don't call you, you won't get a letter for about a week and the letter basically says hey you're ok but we can't detect everything so just notate any changes. So basically, feel a little better. No personalized touch, no phone call, no urgency. The reason I picked this place was because I wanted a 3D mammogram. I think I got that? Not even sure. I guess I'll ask my gynecologist what I got even though she's not affiliated with this office and won't be able to tell me any more than is probably on the letter.

I've been visiting The Breast Center of Irvine (aka: KSK Imaging) for 6 years and I am completely happy! From the moment you walk in the doors you will be treated like a special person. All the office staff is friendly, kind, understanding and professional. Dr. Karen Reuss is THE BEST because not only does she read your images immediately, she will hold your hand or offer a hug. She is more than a doctor and I feel blessed being in her capable hands each time I go for a mammogram or ultrasound. This facility is 'the real deal' and I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Well i did my mammo and i can confirm this is the HOLY GRAIL of mammo places! You guys won't believe this one! I went in - greeted like an old friend. Calm, relaxing environment. Ushered through with no wait. Changed into a gown. Into the room where 3D is STANDARD. Met the sweetest technician you could imagine. Got the pics done. And here's the clincher: the pics went straight through to the radiologist who came through into the room 5 minutes later to introduce herself and tell me all was well! She asked me to have an ultrasound too, just for belt and braces. I was ushered through to the ultrasound room where i received the most thorough scan I've ever had. Waited another 5 minutes for the radiologist to come back into the room with a smile and tell me everything fine, all benign, come back in a year! Total time expired from imaging to results to out the door - FORTY MINUTES! Forty bloody minutes!!! Last year at a different provider it took a WEEK just to get called back for more scans! I walked out of my annual mammogram relaxed and happy! Who does that???! I'm surprised they didn't throw in cocktails just for good measure! THIS is how care SHOULD be. They were especially compassionate as i had just suffered a breast cancer bereavement. I will never ever go anywhere else and i implore anyone reading this to call up and make an appointment. Don't put yourself through the awful experiences i have had in the past with soul-less providers and long anxiety inducing waits. This place is the real deal. Professionalism and care at its finest. 10 stars if i could give them.

The front office girl Vanessa is the most welcoming person I have ever met. Greeted me with just such a warm smile and honestly have to say she made my day. The center is very relaxing doesn't make it seem like you are in a waiting room at all. Makes me feel like I am in my living room. The wait time wasn't bad. I have to say my overall experience was exceptional.
