I love the Capital One Cafes but this one was the worse I’ve ever been to.To start with they didn’t have cups for hot coffee so they were only selling iced coffee on a cold winter morning. The bathroom was not nice, and I had no paper towels, nor air to dry your hands. When asked they said they didn’t have any.The $12 dollar sandwich was made with very old bread hard to chew and she used the end of the loaf for it. Bread was very greasy and to top it all they had no napkins. Many of the couches needed replacement because you sink in them for lack of cushioning.Definitely not coming back to this one again.

Great place to chill and have a tasty drink or snack.

Drinks are high quality but environmentally is terrible. Fully crowded with teenagers using their laptops and not consuming a drink inside this Capital One cafe. Very afraid to speak because everyone was working on their laptops. It didn’t feel right for consumers who just want to enjoy their drinks and not being connected on their phone all the time.

I only like this place because I have a capital one card HAHA 50% off drinks is a steal, especially if you like honey lavender lattes! They make it so good but it's on the sweeter side so I always add an extra shot of espresso and my total is usually around 4 bucks! Great place to study and in a convenient area for walking around. The workers are very nice too. If I'm ever in the area I'll always grab coffee here!

Great study/work spot, but finding a seat might be hard. It's nice and spacious, with lots of different seating options (bar, tables, couch), but it gets busy. They switched from Peet's coffee to Verve, which was pretty good. I tried an avocado toast but it's not worth it. It's a thin slice of bread and thin layer of avocado, and some arugula. You also get 50% off coffee if you have a capital one card.

Great cafe, I absolutely love the honey lavender latte, and the casual chill ambiance is great when you need a place to kickback, chill, and refuel.

This is a great place to stop if you work remotely or need a restroom. WiFi connection was easy. Music volume is moderate - more quiet than Starbucks. This cafe is better than Starbucks for hanging out. My only gripe is the seating along the back wall is completely worn out. It sinks like a hammock. They need to replace these couches.

Loved this Capital One café. One of the best coffee shops I’ve been in Irvine area. So lovely and spacious.

As others have noted, this cafe has turned into a study place for students who stay for many hours with their laptop computers. This means that it's very unlikely one can get a seat, especially at one of the tables. And forget trying to get one of the two enclosed study-type conference rooms. Note that this is a cafe not a bank. They do have an ATM and an employee or two who can talk to you about Capital One services. But there's no bank teller function or personal banker function here providing traditional banking services. The coffee drinks (Verve brand) are good. Note that drinks are quite expensive ($3.75 for an 8oz drip coffee up to $6.75 for a 12oz mocha). If you frequent here, it's probably worth opening a Capital One bank account and putting a small amount of money in it so you get the 50% discount on drinks (or use a Capital One credit card if you already have one). During nice weather, one can take your drink out into the general mall area which has many seating options.

Interesting concept; a coffee shop and a bank. Been here a few times. Coffees are OK, not great. If it's not too busy, you might be able to find a comfortable chair to relax and take a little break.

We visited the store on Wednesday 12/27th, around 5:30pm just to check it out. The checkout clerk was super rude and disrespectful, he should never work in service industry. The food and drinks we ordered were not great either. The only advantage is for people who own Capital One card they get 50% off on all items. But for the rest of us please go to Starbucks.

Such a cool concept! It's both a cafe and a place for people to ask about banking with capital one / they have ATM machines. Love the ambiance of this place as it is spacious and clean. It's a good place to study and do work because they have free wifi, private work rooms, couches, and plenty of seats/tables. If you have capital one credit card, all food and drinks are 50% off. I know there are also promos out there for free coffee at this place if you just sign up or have a credit card with them. I got the matcha latte iced with almond milk and a little bit of sweetener - total came out to be around $8 but with the discount of 50% it was only $4! There's only one restroom inside but there are also restrooms outside in the hallway. Located in south coast mall so it can get a bit crowded. Overall, love this place and would come back!
