Just got my car washed and detailed and the service was amazing!! Done in 45 minutes and my car literally looks brand new. They also worked with me to accommodate my budget and time so I’m super grateful. Great place

I’ve been coming to this Car Wash for quite a bit and they always try to sell something else other than what you want and today is the day that I said that’s it done. I’m not coming here anymore.

This is a scam. Horrible job cleaning my girlfriend’s car. Paid over $200 for what looked like a super lazy job. A spray bottle was even left behind…crazy to see how bad of a service this was

The Car Spa is one of the few full service car hand wash places left after the ridiculous global warming hoax from the left. They have complete care full hand wash and wax to the slightly automated full wash, both with hand dry service. This is a great place to get a wash and wax.

Absolutely the worst. Whoever is using their service might as well just burn money for fun. I have a crazy amount of ants on and inside my car, so I requested a service to get rid of them and identify the source of the problem. The technician recommended a $210 package, promising a deep clean and a resolution to the ant issue. He claimed it was the only option that included an anti-ant spray.
After 1.5 hours, I still saw ants—one or two climbing on my dashboard. It was obvious no thorough vacuuming was done on the seats or inside the trunk. The spray they used seemed like a regular cleaning solution, even though the technician insisted it was something ants hate and that they wouldn’t return.
My cleaner also confirmed there were no food residues or anything else in the car that could attract ants. But literally that same night, the ants came back like nothing had changed. Now, my car smells like fake leather because of the greasy oil the guy smeared all over the seats.
I literally cried all night after receiving such a horrible experience—being lied to straight to my face and not getting the service I paid for or was promised. It feels like this place treats people as if they have zero intelligence, zero judgment, and zero feelings. PLEASE AVOID. This place has no integrity whatsoever.

I wish i would had read the reviews before coming to this place. I paid $239.99 plus tipped for a nightmare. The repairs, the tow and the time it costs me to get my car out of this place. They disconnected sensors and had my car completely dead.My car did not want to turn on at all. I had someone jumpstart my car and nothing was working it was just completely dead. I wasted two whole days trying to situate my vehicle as no shop near by were open. I had to tow the car to my house and the next day tow my vehicle to a shop where i got billed almost $1,000 for everything. I was not going to request a refund because i thought it was just me having bad luck but i paid $239.99 for a detail they guaranteed would last 3-6 months ended up lasting 2 days my car is full of water marks. i was super upset that they were not honest about what they did to my car according to the shop they disconnected & removed cables/sensors that caused the vehicle to shut down. I ended up calling 4 days later for a refund and never got a call back as they promised they would have it handled. This was about two weeks ago. I did try to give them time to make it right but unfortunately they did not keep their word. Please be careful i am definitely not going back.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service and a completely dishonest cleaning process. The conveyor belt that moves vehicles through the wash stages was broken, yet they continued to take cars without informing customers. Instead of performing a proper wash with soap and water, I watched as they sprayed cars with only water in the back, then drove them to the front and pretended the wash was complete. This is not just poor service—it’s deceptive and shows a total disregard for their customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

After getting in the car and driving away I noticed alot of things missed. I went back to have them finish it better I noticed all the other things they missed. Very disappointed.

very poor welcoming from the staff and rude, and they try to rush the cars they even forgot to vacuum the seats and the back floor mats, they did poorly washed the car and left so many spots dirty and not cleaned

Went for a Hand Wash and they ruined my car!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!
A free carwash is no where close to what it’s going to cost to fix this.
