My favorite bank. Staff members are helpful, pleasant and professional. This is my favorite bank. Waylon, Frank and Xiu are some of the staff I deal with most of the time I visit.

Made an appointment for notary services. And then set up meetings with my clients based on that. Went to the branch, they said that the employee who does notary servies is off today. Totally disappointing. Ruined my day. Even they didn't apologize. The worse branch I've ever seen.

This is definitely not their best branch. I tried to avoid going to the bank in person, but sometimes there's no other choice. Everything takes a ridiculously long amount of time to complete, and they directed me to call a phone number while I was there... If I'm already there in person, perhaps I've wasted enough time already. Waste of time.

They are always short staff, never answer phone calls, poor customer service. The worse chase branch I've ever seen. They should shut it down.

First time at this branch. I'm not going to any other branch ever again. This one is the best experience I've ever had at Chase. I was assisted by Ms. Claudia F. She's fabulous! Knew exactly how to fix my issues and did a great job at being efficient and informative at the same time. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!

The staff I talked to is not knowledgeable, professional, and responsible at all. He said based on the documents I had brought in weren't able to open a new checking account. He asked me to wait. Instead of helping me. He is very interested in which county I have been to in Europe. And tried to have some useless conversation with me. After that. I went to a different bank (chase) just two mins far from there, they can help me to open a new account smoothly with the same documents I had brought in. I just wish this bank could hire someone more focused on his job, and more knowledgeable and helpful. Because I believe in most customers go there is for helping not for chatting. We are happier to get things done. Seems that the Chinese staff doesn't know what he is doing. and unfamiliarity with the business. here is my experience.

Laziest branch I've ever been to. Was not greeted, and I sat down for about 10 min to hopefully talk to someone about opening a new account. There was no sign-in sheet to put my name down, and I wondered if anyone would talk to me. During this time - none of the 2 tellers communicated to myself or a coworker about my visit, there were 2 and then 3 personal bankers available at their desk (2 of which on their personal phones the whole time), I know 2 of them looked right at me, and 1 walked past me without any acknowledgement. Very disappointing. I walked out because clearly this customer wasn't worth their time or interest.

You know an establishment is good, from the type of leadership it has. I had the opportunity to go in today for a complex matter, which was beyond the scope of what was to be expected. The branch manager Areil was fantastic. Not only did he go out of his way, he made sure to make sure I was completely satisfied with what he delivered. I'm sure he inspires everyone at the branch with his same can do attitude

Fri 3pm. Pretty empty. Walk-in ATM by front door didn't work. Went to teller, withdrew cash, and out. Teller was sweet and pleasant.

Hello. I was impressed by Chasebank's help the other day. I made a mistake in issuing a check because I am not good at English.So I went to the bank again. She was kind enough to help me without losing her smile for more than two hours.I was so thankful and moved.Her name is Leslie.It was very inconvenient for me to visit the bank due to my poor English.But from now on, thanks to her, I'm going to visit comfortably.Thank you very much indeed.Thanks to her, Chase Bank's image will improve.
