Avoid banker Jae Choi. We originally went in few months ago to apply for the chase sapphire preferred credit card. He told us that card is good to apply every 2 years so we applied since it's been way more than 2 years since my wife had sapphire preferred card. Well after few weeks, we called him. He says he will find out about it and let us know. Of course, he doesn't get back to us. After few weeks, we reach back out to him. Now he says it's every 4 years. Then, he says to wait a few months, and he might be able to have us apply for it without hurting our credit again. We waited 3 months or so until he told us to and went back in to apply for it again. He says it'll hurt our credit again - okay whatever, then he says oh it's not showing up on the system so we may have to wait more. We waited until he says it's okay and now he says this at the branch wasting our time again. This was 3rd or 4th time we were coming in to see him for one damn credit card. Then, he says he will talk to some specialist who is back from vacation? in few days and get back to us by end of January. Well, of course, he doesn't get back to us so I reach out to him again in February. He doesn't give us any updates about talking with the specialist he talked about at the branch. Now, he says at this point, just come in, we'll check again. NO, we are not going to waste our time with you again. So I emailed him back saying "what about the guy you were going to talk to, any updates?" No replies. He was probably most unreliable banker I have dealt with as his words were consistently never delivered. He always never get back to us when he says he will. He also didn't know chase sapphire preferred card was every 4 years not 2 years. We were thinking about going to a different banker last time we saw him as he was very unreliable, and there he goes - he did it again. We are done with him and will go see another chase banker.

The service is very good here - I've mostly only worked with the tellers. David is great-he always remembers who I am and is very helpful. I always go to this branch and not even the one closer to me since I feel like they are more friendly here and make an effort to get to know you as a customer.

I went to the bank on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and nice. There was not a wait and I, was able to complete my transaction in less than 5 minutes total.

Withdrew cash. This time I used my debit card. The only odd part is that now I have to tell the teller how much which before I wrote on the withdrawal form. I felt a little awkward saying it out loud. This had no impact on the rating. Rating is just what I expect out of Chase: in, transact, and out. Service is courteous, as usual. Place is clean. No complaints.

I got helped by a teller named Amgad who went above and beyond to solve my issue. He stayed after their branch close time to help me type and fax out a purchase dispute - talk about customer service.
