The agent I met was very rude and ignorant. I have never seen customer being treated like this, especially in a bank. Won’t come here again.

Chase is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. No one is available for anything except regular teller transactions. I made an appointment to discuss HELOC options, the banker was 20 minutes late and when he did show up said I needed to come back another day to see someone else - he wouldn’t give me ANY information! Stay away if you value your time or money!!

Complaints or praise is most necessary to be ever better than yesterday…Giving credit where credit is due — this branch led by Gina Au is one amazing client service ensemble. After my recent ACH issues, we are proud to call Chase our bank. Flowers to Johnny and Warren who have always been beyond helpful during my visits. Real problem solvers who seem genuine in their assist efforts.

Poor customer service, waited for 20mins. 2 teller, 4 bankers hanging out at one window and 3 customer just waiting for help, one came by and said it's appointment only so just wait for the only guy doing customer service.

I like coming to this branch because it's new and close to my house. I've never had any issues here, but today the teller Lupita was very lackluster and acted like I was inconveniencing her by coming in. I just did a simple withdrawal and she initially said that she couldn't find my account information even though I had completely filled out a withdrawal slip with my account information. She asked me for my SSN and then said nevermind. I asked her if she needed it again after a minute and nothing was happening, but she said she didn't. Overall, not impressed with the customer service provided today. She definitely is a vibe killer!

Went in to change my last name on my cards/account since I recently just got married. Took in everything, new SS card, multiple forms of ID, marriage license and the girl who helped us didn’t even know what a social security card was. She kept saying “social security cards are if you’re under 18” which my husband told her no, that is not true. She also asked us multiple times if we were from the USA, which was very uncomfortable. She ended up saying she couldn’t help us change my last name on my accounts and I needed to call the number on the back of my card. We won’t be back to this facility.

Favoritism or profitability should not play a factor with how you treat your customers. I made an appointment to close out my recently deceased fathers account, not open a new account, or obtain any new Chase products. Today I had my 11:00 appointment cancelled by Stephanie Tchong, an hour before our meeting. I had made this appointment in well in advance.

Old machines need to update even though it's Irvine ca have very old machines can only take 30 bills at a time ... need to update equipment... most of the time I come machines are down or malfunctioning when I try to use ...
