These people here have very bad foreign manners. A lot of them are not very kind of the customers plus their selection changes from day to day. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I’ve met the manager personally. The customer service here is a primary example of the drive for AI solutions and non-human contact

Some are nice people working here. There are some of them got ZERO customer service. It's a Shame that Chevron corporations make all of our fuel bucks and give us some low-class workers.

I went to claim some old lottery tickets and buy some new ones at this store at around 1:10pm pacific on 7/30/2023 Sunday. The cashier asked for my ID so I showed my permanent resident card. She claimed that this is not a valid ID to claim the lottery and refused to listen to me. Then I asked my husband to claim the ticket with his valid driver license and she refused to serve him either. I use my permanent resident card for flights and IT IS a valid government issued ID! She has very bad and rude attitude from the very beginning. I heard she was arguing with another client behind me too. I suggest avoiding this gas station. You can find gas stations everywhere. Why do you want to deal with a rude and ignorant cashier like this.

Asked kindly to cashier if I could borrow phone because someone outside was having a emergency he said can't while he's on the phone playing Call Of Duty our phone wasn't working and they allow this man to work there?

The reception lady walked around the counter to input her phone number for rewards when I told her I don't have rewards for Chevron. She tried not giving me a receipt. Not a good vibe.

Good gas station well stocked and restrooms were decent.

The pumps constantly click off when refueling. I was only able to pump three gallons and the pumps clicked off 20 times. I stopped going to Chevron years ago because of this problem and it persists years later.

Most of the staff here now are pretty good. Except the older gentleman who works Saturday overnight shift (not Jose, Jose is fantastic) who always closes the store at 1AM and you can’t even buy anything from the window. He’s just lazy, it’s not like he’s depositing the cash drawer into the safe because I know that happens earlier. Thought this was a 24hr gas station and not the employees personal overnight vacation

Worst customer service ever. Cashier Jiwald or whatever his name is was super rude. If I cant get the manager to address this tomorrow I will call corporate. Ive been to this location a few times but never again!!!
