Tap pay doesn't work, also wants to discount prices for debit but then add a debit card fee (whether for gas or anything inside) - to their already extortionate prices. No one answers the help button. This brand is awful, and this location was better when it was shut down.

I recently stopped by the gas station while on my way to enjoy a mountain biking ride at Oaks to unwind after a stressful day at work. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant encounter that left a sour taste in my mouth.
After accidentally spilling my water, I rode to the gas station hoping to get a little ice to cool down my water bottle. To my surprise, the young cashier rudely insisted on charging me $1.00 for a small amount of ice. In all my previous visits, I have never been charged for ice, and it was disheartening to be treated this way.
While a kind lady offered to pay for me, I declined, but I can't help but feel blown away by the lack of customer service. It’s disappointing when a small act of kindness is overshadowed by such a negative experience. I hope the management addresses this behavior, as it can truly affect customers’ experiences.

Gas station is okay. But the car wash nearby is terribly slow!
Even there is just a small line 4-5 car ahead of me. I wait 30 minutes... The wash itself is also not great, weak pressure is super low.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to get automated car wash. Paid $15.99. Had water & soap sprayed in the car. No brushes, no scrubbing, nothing! Went through drying blowers and my car had the SAME dirt in the windows as it did hogging in. Do NOT use this place to wash a car

Do NOT use the touch less No car wash!!! I got the $15 wash and it did this to my trim. I have tried everything to get rid of it and my car wash guy said it's caused by the paint sealant used in the wash.

Their car wash system is the worst touchless system. Their wheel cleaner will scratch your door panels instead of the wheels. They don't refill the products and you're left with a watered down solution. also their credit card machine doesn't work in front of the machine. Don't waste 40 minutes waiting to see a network error! For a $15 car wash it sure is a RIPOFF!

I came filled up my paid for gas and basic car wash. After filling up my tank I drive through the car was to enter the prepaid code i received on my receipt. The car ahead was having trouble with the wash and went back & forth until the wash started. Simultaneously I entered my code and was prompted to wait before pulling since there was a wash in process. I waited until the car finished their wash, pulled into the bay and the car wash wouldn't start. Therefore, I backed up my vehicle and entered the code again twice and was told this method of payment wasn't accepted. I'm annoyed! but hey things happen. I go into the gas station and there is a line of at least 10 people and rather than wait I walk up and ask to have the code reset to go through the car wash only to be told that I have to wait at the back of the line. let me get this straight you have my money, I've waited for a car to complete their wash and now I'm told to go to the back of the line. This the worst service! I will not return and will gladly advise my neighbors to go elsewhere!

Working in the area and came to this chevron to use the restroom, was gunna buy something after just to be nice, but the some manager was outside the bathroom door yelling that i shouldnt be using the restroom and also kicked the door. Not so great customer service.

I used to love this car wash, but the quality has take a real nosedive these past few months. First, you don’t get what you pay for. I bought the ultimate wash and didn’t get the foam bath, full wax or undercarriage wash. The foam bath didn’t occur at all, and the wax only covered half of my car. Then the car wash was closed for at least a month for repairs. When it reopened, it still gave me the same exact problems as before. This place is now pathetic. I’m really surprised this has happened in Irvine.
