Today I walked in to make a purchase, as soon as I walked to the counter the cashier looked at me, turned to the other cashier who was restocking the hot food and said something about taking these “two dollar” bills to the back and walked to the back office. I stood there for about 2-3 mins and nobody returned? I was never once acknowledged. So I turned around and left. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happen here. It happens nearly every time I go to this location. Out of every convenience store I have ever been to, this store has hands down the worse C/S I have ever seen. Sadly over the last 2 years of visiting this store they only have 1 employee that I continue to have a good experience with. I think after today, I will happily pay more for items at 7-11, or go to another location.

This store way busy in the afternoon only 1 cashier long line always it should have 2 cashier especially people are buying lottery and gas they need better management and train good people who will do good customers service and the store packed with so many stuff and the prices are not accurate or not there it confuse people bad service.

Consumer beware! Went in to buy a bottle of water. The entire row has two brands on the shelf label at $1.99. The first brand name bottle rang up at $3.79. I told the cashier that was wrong, she could've cared less. I grabbed the circle k brand, also labeled at $1.99, it rang up at $2.89. I asked the cashier to follow me to the shelf and showed her the $1.99 labels. She again could've cared less! As far as I'm concerned, this is theft. If it's happening with something as simple as water... Check your receipts before exiting.

Beware of the clerk that works the night shift. Spent $100+ on gas, etc and she REFUSED to give me my receipt. When I asked for the manager's contact information she said she was going to call the police. I said ok, I'll wait. LOL Whatever I have to do to get my receipt. I let her know that my car was still parked in front of pump 2, can't you just print the last receipt? She said she couldn't find it. I'm thinking what in the world is she going to do with my receipt? After a few minutes of me standing there she decided to find my in store purchase receipt. Which btw shouldn't have been that hard since I was still standing there with my purchase LOL. Yet, she didn't want to give it to me. She then gave me someone elses receipt LOL.People should not work in customer facing positions if they don't know how to treat ALL customers with respect. Threatening to call the police because I asked for my receipt is giving let me call the police on this Black woman. SMH!I never once raised my voice. I kindly asked for my receipts. When she refused to give them to me I asked for the manager's contact information to no avail.Circle K and management the cashier that is working tonight (8.31, 11 pm), needs serious customer service training.

Save yourself the trouble and go literally....anywhere else. Theres one lady that works here and is wonderful. Always greets you and very friendly. The worst is....I've been here twice today because I live across the street and BOTH times along with every other day I come is closed with a sign that they're on break so you have multiple people just waiting outside. Its the craziest way to do business lol! I just go to AMPM off Sand Canyon instead now.
