The male cashier very rude. Don't waste your money at this spot. Waited 10 min for them to count the drawer. Accidentally spilled my drink after he threw the chips at me after scanning. He proceeded to yell at me telling me how he's too busy for this stuff. I'll be telling everyone to avoid this place.

I went last night to fill air in my tires where I usually go to the Circle K off Culver/Walnut, Irvine, for many years...I was there a bit after 10pm & the young kid behind the counter was being consistently cocky & rude with me & another customer trying to fill air in his tires as well...He kept hassling us both that sometimes the air is free & sometimes you have to pay for it, he even gave me a supposed code to use the air pump, which turned out was the bathroom code instead...I have never had any issues with the other 2 attendants that are usually there in the earlier shifts, Manager Anthony & especially the Assistant Manager Michael who is always very welcoming, polite, cheerful...Because of the Assistant Manager & the Manager in the earlier day shifts I would have given full 5 stars, but because of this 1 cocky young attendant after 10pm, I give a lesser rating...

The service is terrible. The workers there don't try to help me are very shady. They will just pretend they don't know how their system works to get out of working. Worst gas station convenient market. Circle K should fire the entire staff there. Especially the ones that work Saturday morning around 8am

I like this place friendly people but they are closed once or twice a day at least for half an hour in the rush time moon and around 4 and it is the most inconvenient thing for everyone. I've never EVER seen a gas station close their doors for whatever purpose for 30 min or so 2x a day.

Place says open 24/7 every day on google maps and yelp. Place was closed at 11:00pm. Employee was inside and said it's closed while they were still closing up.

The gas pump no 3 was broken and was leaking gas. I was charged extra for 4 gallons even though their pump was broken. The staff member realized and accepted that it’s broken and he did say that manager Sunny can give a refund during day time.I went 3 times since then and never found the manager. And the staff member refused to get me connected with the manager.I would not risk my car there with broken pump. Looking for my refund and it’s a struggle.

Good store, lots of choices, and reasonable prices. Store: 6/10. Bathroom: 5/10 (clean for the most part, except there was liquid on the floor everywhere and it needed to be moped because the floor was dirty.) Bathroom code: 4321 (as of 6/6/22).

I buy lotto tickets from here from time to time when I'm in the area (like today) and your employees always ask to see my ID which is quite honestly offensive to me at this point considering I'm 37 years old. No other place I buy tickets from does this and it's insulting to me that I'm being questioned at nearly 40. You really think I'm 17 or under....? Give me a break. Tell your employees to use some common sense and stop insulting me because I'm not a teenager for goodness sakes. Going to stop buying tickets from here because it's just so annoying to me.

WARNING: If you use your debit card they will charge you $50 even if you put $10 and if that’s your last $50 you will not be able to eat the rest of the day, buy your baby formula exc… In these tough times for the people who aren’t as fortunate that’s horrible… The worst part THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS AND THE MANAGER SAYS “I DONT HAVE TO DISCLOSE THAT TO YOU” he also is extremely rude to the point I lost my temper and yelled which I NEVER do, his attitude and tone while telling ME if I say something isn’t fair HE gets to explain why it IS fair and make me wait and listen to him or he won’t give me my receipt which was the wrong receipt was not appropriate as a business owner I would never accept my employee to speak to customers in that way. And I will not return to another circle K again. You’ve been warned.
