Encountered the most unprofessional cashier in my life. The guy was a middle age Hispanic male who appeared to hate his job. I bought $12 of lottery tickets and gave him $12. Then I also was going to pay for coffee with my debit card. He kept saying “ you owe $2.39”. I said no I don’t owe you as I m still in process of paying. Used my debit card in the machine to cover the coffee. He looked angry. My $12 cash was on top of the lottery tickets, so I took my tickets and dropped the cashed on the counter. He said “ don’t throw the money at me! I m not an animal “. Wow ! I never thought of any human as an animal. He labeled himself as an animal. The money was not thrown at him. Can’t really throw paper and it was a short counter. I asked if he was the manager and he said really loud, “No! go ahead and call the manager!” At that moment, I realized this guy was on the edge. I left and he yelled after me “ good luck “ in a spiteful tone. All this just for stopping in to get lottery tickets and coffee. Never gonna buy anything from this place again. They don’t deserve repeat customers.

Lucia is extremely rude! I’ve been coming here since it opened (used to be a Carwash place only) and always had a great experience. This lady Lucia is the polar opposite! Should be fired immediately

This Circle K literally has the best staff , so friendly and very helpful and they keep this place so clean. I specifically go to this location for this reason. Thanks so much for making Irvine great.

I had let them know about their vitamin water machine 3x, as it is not refilled with regular vitamin water and instead they use zero. Don’t trick your customers please, I always fill gas there because you used to have regular vitamin water in your fountain drinks.

This circle K is amazing. It has the friendliest employees. They always treat everyone with respect and directness as needed. The way to conduct a sound retail business. The friendliness and even care for their customers wellbeing and local tips has helped my wife and I made through our newfound home in the local areas of the orange county and beyond.

Do not go. The service is the worst. On Saturday night, the male staff kept me waiting for a long time. I chose what to buy and went to the cashier, but he said another customer didn't finish shopping because they hadn't finished purchasing yet. The customer in front of me was someone he knew, so he didn't seem to have any intention of talking and paying, and was just enjoying talking with the customers. I wanted to ask his name, but he seemed very busy talking with the female customers. I lose my time... And the boss should pay more attention to the service training of employees.

Not shocking to see a 1.8 review on yelp prior to my writing a review. If I could give this establishment a zero, I would have. I got my car washed at 7:20 AM today, and vacuumed up a stone from a very special bracelet. My Mom recently passed away and the stone fell out of a bracelet of hers I was wearing. I went into the store and advised them that I needed them to open the vacuum canister for me. I was the first car through the carwash and also the first car using the vacuum with an empty canister. I was advised by Nancy that they had to do it at shift change which was 2:30-3:00 PM. This was per the manager. She promised me she'd give me a call. No call from Nancy today and at 7:40 PM I drove back and inquired again. Casey told me he can't turn off the vacuum until they close at 8 PM and that "it was a very busy day and it would be nearly impossible for me to find the stone". I reminded him I was the first car in at 7:20 and the canister was empty but was also told they couldn't open it. These employees/managers clearly have zero regard for customer service. How disheartening! My suggestion, drive an extra mile down Barranca and there you'll find a gas station and car wash where they do care about their customers.

The car wash and vacuums here are not the best. The vacuums are never working properly and are always falling apart. Also, the gas is a little bit more pricey than other gas stations.
