This is the only Circle K I come to. The staff is incredible. There kindness and attention to detail makes coming in to shop an extremely enjoyable experience. Nelly is so helpful and her smile when you enter the store makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I miss her when she is not behind the counter. Mina manages the store very well, he is also such a nice person to be greeted by. Nancy is also wonderful. I have seen her handle situations with grace and class and always with a smile on her face. She really keeps the store in order. The store is always kept immaculate, the employees keep it so clean - you can really tell that they care.

Their customer service is second to none, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is well-kept and well-organized. I definitely recommend this location because it has it all: you can fill your tank, grab a drink and a bite to eat, and also get a car wash. Thank you to everyone on staff, and keep up the good work.

I visit this location almost daily to get a fountain drink. The staff is so friendly, and their drink machine is never out or broken down like the Circle K down the street. I also belong to the car wash club here, which is a great deal.

I’ve been coming to this location for about a year to refill my gas tank & occasionally get snacks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Nelly has been especially nice!

The staff at this location are truly amazing. I’ve been coming here once a week for about a year - I know everyone by name, and have great service and experience with each person!!! They care about the experience. My favorite gas station mart!!!!

I've lived in Woodbridge for 20 years. This store was a welcome addition. The store is always very clean and the staff is very friendly. Large selection of items as well.

This Circle K advertises that their Froster prices are 20 cents lower than they actually charge. I had submitted a notice about this previously (within the last of couple of years), but they have not made any changes/updates. The cashier did not adjust the price when we asked about the discrepancy either. This is false advertising and takes advantage of the students that come here.

Worse car wash to take your car for a wash, store manager, car wash manager don't know how to treat customers. Car wash employees don't have any idea of what they are doing. Worse Customer Service overall.

Watch out for the assistant manager NELLIE and the car wash at the Circle K at 4550 Barranca Pkwy Irvine CA 92604. I had the worst experience ever. NELLIE was the employee directing while approaching the car wash. She missed direct and I have damages on my brand new car that I only had for a week. Scratches on hubcaps and missing part on top of my car. I approached NELLIE and showed her my car. She had the nerve to put her finger in my face and point and yell at me to say it was my fault. She did it twice. The second time I walked away. She said she would take my name and number to have the incident manager call me. No call. I ask for the incident manager number. I called several time with a voice mail and left a message no response. I also called the police and made a report for the harassment of NELLIE putting her finger in my face and yelling at me.

People are amazed when they walk in here. The place is so new and clean with tons of drink options, and the prices can't be beat. The hardest part is deciding which beverage to buy!
