Bought a Halloween item, when I unwrapped it it was already damaged. Took it back to the store they refused to refund or even replace it with an undamaged one even tho the tag was fully attached to the accessory with receipt and original bag in september because I “might’ve worn it and they know how to hang things”

My current obsession is fake nails and I know they had a great selection. When I say great, I mean massive!!!!! There were so many choices I literally looked through each one because even the ones behind it were different. Unfortunately the only downside is that it's definitely a bit pricey for sure but if you take care of them, you can use it a few times to get your money's worth. I am so happy I went here because their designs are so fun and different, I filled up a whole box at home and am enjoying them so far.

I give Claire No star. On May 15 29, 2023, I went to pierce my ears, costing me 94 $. Then, on May 19, 2023, I complained to the same store. My ears were red, swollen, and painful. The lady at the store called her manager, and they said you could take the earrings out, and we could give you 20% off your next purchase. But they did not provide a refund. It is the worst experience I have ever experienced, be careful from going to Claire's

My children and I were just at the Irvine Spectrum location. My 9 year old picked out something to purchase. I showed Rosy an email that I received two days ago for $10 off $10 for my birthday. She said it's expired. I said it expires 5/31/2023 and showed her the email once again. Stfny (per her name tag) walked over to help. I said that Rosy said it's expired to which she replied that Rosy didn't say that which is not the case. I offered to give her my phone number to look up my account and gave her the code for the discount. She said to delete the email which I did. She then wanted me to show her that I deleted it. I said no I'm not going to do that because it's unnecessary. She said she didn't want me to use it again. I said believe me I won't be back. She applied the discount and walks away. Rosy bagged the item left it on the counter along with the receipt and walked away. All of this over a $10 reward. They were both so rude which was so unnecessary.

Went to have additional lob piercing. They DO NOT match their online pricing which states "free piercing" with the kit purchase which was to be $59.00. Apparently that store doesn't price match to their online pricing which is absolutely ridiculous. I was then told her (I don't even remember her name I was so annoyed) assistant manager said so and I'd have to wait for her break to be over. The girl went back to doing whatever. What a joke of a company to sell themselves like that and not honor their online prices, obviously one can't get pierced online. The coupons don't work either. Her level of customer service was beneath acceptable and snotty. While waiting for the assistant manager I walked over top Kay's and their staff was lovely and my ears are pierced. Avoid this place and their lack of customer service.

Hmm. Such an unfortunate experience. We came here excited to take my 5 year old to pierce her ears. She had been asking for a while so we finally decided to bring her. My daughter was so excited as was I. She wasn't scared or nervous. We unpleasantly were helped by Brenda I think I heard her name was. Yuck. She had the most stank attitude, miserable Fuchi face. Like if you're so miserable why work there. She had such an uninviting Ora and personality. Anyways , my daughter got her ears pierced, she did do well didn't cry or flinch! But this employee didn't say a word during the piercing or afterwards. Just totally stuck up. She walked away and someone else went over the after care with us. Would NOT recommend coming here. you get what you pay for.

Kimberly was very helpful, about a month ago, I needed helped taking off my nose rings after purchasing new nose rings. She helped me replace my nose rings and was very professional and helpful.

Called in advance asking if they do baby ear piercing, I was told , yes and we can just walk in any time, no need appointment. We came the next day, lady on the front saying that the person, who does baby ears is working from 2pm. She offered me to write down my name and phone number, when the person come to work at 2pm she will call me back. It’s been 4 days and nobody called me back.Not recommend!

Great customer service all thanks to Abbey, who was truly a delight and very reassuring while piercing my ears. If you're like me and have questions about symmetry/placement of second piercings I would look into having Abbey pierce your ears. She was honestly wonderful and I can't say that enough. For example, at one point I started feeling unsure about the placement of the second dot and I just told her wherever is best. She truly chose the best spot. It was perfectly symmetrical and let me tell you, I'm a menace who does not have symmetrical ears! I don't write a lot of reviews but I want to say I am happy that Claire's provides excellent service as I know it can be kind of scary for some getting piercings. I look forward to coming back and buying those pink lobster earrings.
