I came in around 9:25 pm, with a smile ready to eat some ice cream until the employees were making me feel rushed. Very poor costumer service , I would ask a simple question and both girls that were there just kept giving me attitude. Both really disrespectful, the tone in their voice seemed like they were annoyed of me. I didn’t even enjoy my ice cream because the energy they gave off ruined it for me. Will definitely not be back at this location.

The employees here were so rude, made me & my friends feel rushed, when we asked them questions we received terrible attitudes the girl who made our ice cream didn't make it well it was extremely melted, I've worked in customer service My whole life & never treated customers with so much attitude. If your going to work in customer service be professional & dont take your bad days out on the customer. Just because you had a bad day does not mean you can take it out on other people.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Workers were rude when we came in through the door, they had the nastiest attitude. Literally was in there for 3 minutes and they were trying to hurry as up while there was no one else in line. This was the first and last time I ever go back. I understand people have bad days but don’t take it out on others.

Had a horrible experience there last night....went in because we got a BOGO on the app. The store was extremely loud despite not being very busy. The two staff members who assisted us were rude and impatient rushing us to order. When I asked for a to go lid, the staff member looked at me like I asked for a kidney and then slammed it down on the counter and it wasn't even the right size! On top of the rude behavior, I was not given the BOGO and ended up paying $28 for three ice creams. Because I was so flustered I did not notice the overcharge but my son did and told me after. I will literally never go there again.

Ice cream - 3 stars Service - 1 starEvery time I come here, the employees are unfriendly, look like they hate their jobs, and they don't know anything about the promotions. The yelp ad has had the "Get a Like it (with 1 mix-in) free with a purchase of a Love It" offer for years and they also have other promotions in those mailer coupon books. So every time I come in and try to use a promotion, the employee looks at it and either looks confused or tells me I need to download the Coldstone app to use it (not true since it's a Yelp promo) or ends up ringing up the order with a completely different promotion that doesn't reflect the right charge. If the workers were somewhat smiley and friendly, I wouldn't care as much about their lack of knowledge, but with their attitude, it just makes the whole experience of getting ice cream with my kids unpleasant. Go to Handel's instead. They're always happy there! (As most ice cream shops should be!)

Amazing experience!!! Staff was super friendly and offered to take us on flavor tour where we got to sample each of the flavors on the menu and a few with an added twist.

Ice Cream was average however the moment we walked out the ice cream started melting. It was not a usual thing for me as they usually don't come off the cup instantly dripping.The weather was not hot for this to happen I just believe there's need to a colder temp for the ice cream if it's not a shake . Also staff could use a little more friendly approach.

Great if you have a sweet tooth, but personally it's way too sweet for me, where I have to take breaks or just save some for later even if I get a small. I think it's probably best to just get one or two toppings in your mix, it's pricey and it melts pretty quickly too. Especially considering the fact that specialty ice cream shops are trendy now, for the same price. The workers are friendly though!

Conveniently located in the heart of Irvine, it’s our goto shop for good ice cream cake. The staff is quick and friendly and it’s always stocked with fan favorite. We got their Strawberry passion cake and it feeds six people nicely and great for birthdays. It kept well in the fridge until opening. Plenty of parking and the near by grocery store is a good place to pick up flowers and balloons.

I ordered a custom cake for Father's Day here and everyone loved it. It was exactly how I wanted it. The cake looked and tasted amazing. I called twice to make changes/ask questions and a male employee was so nice, patient and helpful. He answered my questions (it's my first time ordering a custom ice cream cake from Cold Stone), and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely come back to this location and will recommend it to my family, friends and coworkers. Highly recommend this place.

I've been on an ice cream kick lately and found myself taking my nephew's kids here even though the trip was really for my pleasure.This location is located in Heritage Plaza. It's tiny with only a single table inside but there are several outdoor tables which the Plaza doesn't maintain very well. I ordered a "Like It' sized cup of coffee ice cream with chocolate chips as the mix-in. The ice cream had a fairly bold coffee flavor and was very creamy. The mix-in of chips was generous as was the size of the scoop of ice cream. I liked it!Kudos to the staff here who were very friendly and attentive to detail when it came to making the orders properly. The young woman helping me had the patience of a saint while I was trying to get the kids to make up their minds as to what they wanted. They kept changing their minds and driving me crazy. But she just waited for a definitive order then went to work on it. Luckily we were there at a slow time and no one was behind us waiting otherwise I'm certain I would have been strangled by annoyed customers.

ordered delivery: didn't give me the waffle bowl cone, the only reason why i go to them so i guess i lose about $2.00 there. they also didn't give me a napkin and a untencil even though i selected the option for it. bummer.
