For some reason, I always get lucky when I have to fill up my tank because I go around 4:30~5pm and there’s very little line. But even when there’s a line, its not too bad to wait a bit. My go-to gas station since it is close to my workplace (Lake Forest)

I put gas here early in the mornings, but i came earlier thinking it was open, it was 5am. One of the workers was checking the pumps and so i drove by him and asked him the time they open. I was polite said good morning to him and He just ignored me. I had to raise my voice at him when he finally answered back. He clearly was not happy to help me.

Too crowded and not well set up. Some lanes only have two pumps, and the roads around the station are tight. One time, I couldn’t drive out because someone pulled up next to me while I was trying to leave. Really frustrating.
They should rebuild it and add more pumps to handle the traffic better. I prefer going to the Tustin location on El Camino Real. It's bigger and moving fast.

They need to make it so you can scan your digital Apple Pay card and have everything done the same way they do when you just scan your physical Citi/Costco Card. The only way to use your Apple Pay at the gas pump is if you have a regular membership card that's not a credit card to insert first. Defeats the purpose of Apple Pay.

2 lane ancient gas station with extremely long lines. Long lines at the newer 3 per lane Costco gas stations are incredibly quick
