This Costco has been out of eggs for months now (more than other locations), I asked a worker if they carry eggs anymore and he said that they usually sell out within one hour of opening. Also, the lines for gas and check out are very long, and cashiers rarely stock useable boxes at check out and generally are not very helpful. The tire center takes forever to answer calls and service my car, even with an appointment.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to justify paying for the membership when the service and stock are not up to par.

The chicken here tastes like chemicals. What do they put in it and very salty made me sick. I don't recommend eating the baked chicken

As usual, . . . found what I needed, and the lines were fairly short on a mid-Wednesday afternoon.

Outdoor food court. Well run Costco in a nice area. Seems just a little smaller than the typical Costco. Parking can get pretty crimped.

Great store until I went to get tires for my vet. Then later, the old guy, me big cheese, was now lost. My citicard must fall out of sweat pants. Reported it stolen right away. But tomany hrs, so I had to cancel my beloved stores.

Damn the attendant who was packaging our items named Maritza was having a terrible day today. The chick was full of attitude over me trying help them place the bags in the cart, she rudely turned around and asked if I wanted to continue to package the rest or if I wanted her to do it. She then told me to step back for my own safety. Lol girl chill

Insanely busy on weekends. Wait until sales are on. Got there at 9:30 this morning when they opened, and it wasn't too bad

Can't really see a big savings here. A lot of food here over priced and just sitting there. I think it would go bad by the time they sell it. Or Donate it to the food banks. Need to drop the prices To be realistic

There are 3 Costco stores in Irvine/Tustin area, and this one is nearest to my home. However I always try to avoid going to this one because it is the worst.
There are three problems.
First, the entrance to the store is very close to the entrances to the parking lot. It is very dangerous for pedestrians to walk between their cars and the store. There are usually lines of cars waiting to get in and out of the parking lot.
Secondly, the store is less organized than other Costco stores. They mix their working area and the high traffic water and paper products area and make it extremely crowded. I ran into multiple occasions that they had to shut the area during peak hours to let forklift operate and that create a huge backup in the corner of the store.
Thirdly, we all know that Costco uses their food kiosk to offer cheap food as a bait. However this one is a not only a bait, it is a hook only. Ever since they use the prepay paying machines, I tried a few times to order some food but could never receive the food. They always told me the food was still being made and asked me to go back in 10-15 minutes. After a while when I went back there there was still no food. I noticed on the rack where they keep food warm is usually empty. Most people just walked away with no food because they didn’t want to wait and wait for some food that costs only a few dollars. I think they intentionally charge people without the desire to provide food to customers.

Costco is great, but this staff is awful and don't know what they are doing.
