Just walked out of this place. I found a 20 dollar pair of glasses in which I liked. The manager (female short hair) came in very rude and said oh these should have not been on the floor. There were five other pairs of the same glasses on the floor and I was willing to buy them. She refused sale saying she isn’t able too yet you place them all over the floor. Just absolutely ridiclous. Lost a customer for life with her rudeness.

Went to this location with my daughter who wanted to buy a new pair of shorts. The shorts on the wall said 30% off, so my daughter asked if it was just the wall or all the shorts. The employee informed us it was all of them. When my husband went to purchase them, he was told they weren't on sale. So he went to check a 2nd time to see where the sign for the sale was, and they said it was only the ones on the wall. So my daughter picked a pair from the wall and finally when he went to buy them they offered the sale price. That's the only reason I gave them more than 1 star. We usually love purchasing clothes from cotton on, but this location is horrible.

False advertising. Have these buy one get one 50% off on Disney counter and sales associate says Disney is excluded. I told her they should have the signed removed, but she could care less and shrugged it off. If she had a better attitude I wouldn't have left this review.

Honestly don't leave Yelp reviews but I was greeted with such rudeness by the staff here. Despite them being unwelcoming, they lied to me about my return. They informed me I was unable to make my return in store due to using Afterpay which is a complete lie. They said they couldn't help me and to "call Cotton On Customer Service". Not to be that person but it's literally your job. Just because you're having a bad day or feeling lazy does not mean it's okay for you to not process my return.

I've literally never written a Yelp review before. I think bad Yelp reviews are for Karen's but I actually had a terrible experience with This girl name Leah who possibly might be a manager. She was mean and rude off the bat, i will cut her a break and hope she was just having a bad day and took it out on me which is fine I work in customer service and I kept my cool the entire time and let her treat me bad. She was frusterated that I was returning clothes and got my online order and in store purchase confused, and I'll own that part. But she really had no reason to be rude and catty, I didn't even want to finish my return with her because she was being so out of pocket, and I didn't want to be around such bad energy

April 2022:For returns, make sure that you have the "tax invoice" (W000+8more digits) which can be obtained by calling the customer support reps. The website's return policy procedure at stores show to bring the item to be returned and the card that was used. Unfortunately, these were not sufficient based on experience. Upon calling customer support representative, Adison stated that when an item is returned, it can only be in a form of a "store credit". Store credit would be in a form of a "card" that can be used anytime at any cotton on stores. This statement contradicts with the the lady with black hair & who wore glasses at this Irvine store. She mentioned that it would either be an exchange or return and that the credits would have to be used immediately in the store.The Irvine lady mentioned that there is no "card" that would have the amount of the store credit that can be used anytime at any cotton on stores. It would have been convenient for the customers if the system allowed the employees at the store to access the "tax invoice" when an order # and all details of the order have been shown by the customer. The tax invoice was given by Adison (customer support) upon acquiring the order# from me. I went to another location for the return since it had better customer service and knowlege on returns.Upper management needs to retrain the Irvine personnels for efficient and courteous customer service. Cotton on website ought to be specific and more detailed on its return policy to avoid confusion among its customers. Hopefully the system will be improved.Thanks!

Love this location! They have great well-made products, the staff is always soo sweet and careful they are about covid protocols, I can tell they are putting their employees first! Plus I know the average customer at Irvine can be a real handful lol

Love there clothes , from there adult wear to the kids attire . Store is always clean and neat and staff readily available to help. There app is awesome as each purchase helps with 5.00 dollar rewards per purchase.

My wife introduced me to Cotton on and her clothes are really cool. I think it's mainly for women but I would be open to wearing this if they made men's clothes. Not too crowded when we went and looked like to have a very large selection of things to buy. Definitely check it out if you're looking for sweaters or hoodies or anything really comfortable
