As a Mariott Titanium - I don't say this lightly. This is one of the best Mariott properties in the country. The service is top notch. Every single staff member is warm, kind, fun and easy going. From the cleaning staff, to the front desk - I felt like I was living among friends for my week there.
Don't be fooled by the "age of the property". The hotel is in excellent condition. Every room smells lovely. Every component of the hotel works as if it is brand new. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The care this hotel has had during its lifespan is notable in its own category.
The food at the bar is excellent. Tons of options. All delicious - great value
The hotel gym is well above average. Weights, treadmill, yoga - you can do it all
Let's talk about location - 15-20 mins to world class surf breaks. 15-20 mins to excellent beaches. Feel like going for a walk- tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Some hotels recently have cut corners on cost - cheaping out on pillows, towels, blankets, air conditioning. This property has actually doubled down in the opposite direction- extremely comfortable bedding.
I've stayed at JW Mariotts, Ritz Carltons plenty of times. I would option to stay at this property over others simply because of how exceptional it was.
Congrats Courtyard Mariott Irvine Spectrum. From a very well seasoned traveler - you have one of the best properties in the country.

Great from the word go. I am a travel agent and stayed for 1 night while in town and I loved the location, the staff was so nice and helpful and had terrific attitudes. They offered to take us to Irvine Spectrum and did, we walked around, shopped, ate dinner and enjoyed ourselves, they even offered to pick us up but we decided it wasn't far and we walked back to the hotel, less than 10 minute walk. The only thing negative i would say is the rooms were quite small for what you pay but I will take small and clean over big and dirty any day. I will definitely tell clients about this place and I will make it a point to comeback.

I enjoyed the time here with great customer service and the transparency of trust between guests and the hotel. The room is pleasant, cozy, and quiet peace of mind. We all have good and bad days, however, the one truly understands the service of hospitality is the key. Customers love the honesty of information upfront with resolution of service from the hotel when in need.
It felt like home. Will be back in the future.
Keep up the good work.

Hi guys, I went to Wild River Water Park today and got really tired, so I was unable to drive. I decided to look for a hotel and found the Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum. I was super pleased; for a local hotel, it was very modern and had a very elegant charm. The bar was not too bad, and the restaurant was ok. The staff, from the time I saw them, were helpful and kind. The room was very modern and had all the updates that you would need. This hotel is very kid-friendly. I definitely would recommend this hotel. I have to give a shoutout to Jesse. He was working from Counter in the morning simply amazing guy.

The staff is well-trained to handle any situation that may arise, providing peace of mind and a comfortable stay. From secure entrances to surveillance cameras, every effort is made to prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone on the premises. We recently moved to FL from the OC and love staying at the Courtyard in the Irvine Spectrum when we are in town to see friends and family. Service is always friendly, the location to the Spectrum is excellent (walk everywhere), the rooms are nice and good for business travel and couples. The breakfast burritos are surprisingly very good. A must try! The wine selection at the cafe is good as well. Great lounging area and the pool area is nice, too. Special thanks to Jesse V. for making our most recent trip fun. We will be back!

Gigantic rooms are clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the Irvine spectrum open air mall. Given that the location has nice weather, it means the walking will be comfortable most of the year. If you're not familiar with Irvine, it is a clean and upscale area. One might even call it posh. Thus this hotel fits right in. Would stay again and again.

The employees here are AMAZING! When we first arrived my family and I were extremely tired from a day at Universal Studios. Derek A. checked us in quickly and informed us of all amenities on sight. We got a few breakfast items from the bistro the next morning and we were very pleased! We went swimming, played ping pong and practiced our golfing. Later we went to the Spectrum and Derek A. gave us a ride there and back. This made things super easy and convenient, especially having 2 kids. Jesse G. helped with scheduling our shuttle ride and checking us out, he was very nice and efficient. Thank you for making our mini vacation so enjoyable.

Amazing stay at Courtyard Marriott Irvine Spectrum. We stayed for 2 nights after a long flight from Australia. The staff truly make this location top tier. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and polite. The courtesy bus to near by locations was a great touch. Keep up the great work team, will see you again on the next trip.
