Excellent Customer Service from Cox & Angelo!
I had an amazing experience with Cox today — especially thanks to the agent Angelo. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so easy. Angelo took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered.
It’s rare to find customer service this good, and I truly appreciate the support. Super happy with the service I received today!
Highly recommend Cox, and a special thank-you to Angelo for going above and beyond! 👏🏼✨

Post review follow up: while I still cancelled cox services, I went to the Lake Forest store and the service was far and above better. Definitely recommend that store if you need help.
Just the worst. I came in because I started getting charged additional amounts without my authorization. I was having trouble with phone support so I figured going into the store would be a better way to get help. It was literally no help at all, the gentlemen I spoke to wasn’t able to pull up my mystery bill, where it was coming from or how I could pay it, did nothing to assist me with the other charges and just told me to call. Perhaps there are better Cox stores out there but it’s not this one.

Called asking to cancel services in February and since moving to Murrieta they STILL try to charge and fraudulently accumulate a balance owed on my account threatening to send me to collections. Ive filed a complaint on their store with BBB.

I returned my cox modem here after a hectic move. Sign in at the kiosk and they will call your name. There is also a TV screen so you can see where you are in the queue. I went at 1:30p on a Monday didn’t have to wait at all. Ahmad helped me out. He was very chill and had my return processed in just a few minutes. For sure, I would recommend coming here for good customer service and helpfulness.

went to the store per the instructions of the customer service department to pick up my panoramic Wi-Fi modem. However, when I requested to speak with the manager and explain to her that I was there to pick up my Cox Wi-Fi modem per the instruction of the customer service agent in the Philippines, she immediately stopped me from talking and accuse me of being a racist! Obviously a DEI higher, and brings her extremely left views to her job and beats up the customers with it. When I try to explain to her that I was merely describing the conversation I had with the customer service agent who herself informed me that she was in a call center in the Philippines, made no difference. This manager needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public that may not have the same world or political beliefs as her.Although my Wi-Fi outage issues were eventually addressed, I went weeks without any Internet and was not credited any money back on the lack of service so far.

Poor service, just few agent to help costumers, they working so slow and don't care about customer at all, just 3 agent are here for many requests and long line, waist time come to this branch
