Have been coming to Crossroads Trading for 5+ years. Here are some things I've noticed recently, A lot of the styles that they are buying up are now circa 90's early 2000's clothing and as much as that is the trend *right now*, people or at least I personally don't want to purchase clothing that are priced the same as they were 15 years ago. These types of clothing should be donated to your local goodwill where you can buy said pieces for $4-8 not $25-35. I really like coming to Crossroads because there are a lot of second hand designer items and higher quality items that I could get for a reasonable price. Unfortunately I see a decline in that and more of the 2003 juicy couture tracksuits, and jeans that look like they've been worn to oblivion but are on the racks just because they are low rise. A second thing that deters me from buying designer items from Crossroads is the uneasiness about replicas. They claim to have a really good authentication process but unfortunately these days fakes are so well made that for peace of mind you sometimes want to buy something and take it to get authenticated which I think everyone should be able to do. The problem is that Crossroads does not do money back but store credit which means you can hypothetically get stuck with the item or a store credit which doesn't really make the customer feel good. That's why it's important when shopping here to leave with something you are 100% sure about that way you don't have buyers remorse. Moving on to all of the employees who work here, they are all so nice. From the probably hundreds of times I've come to shop here I have always had the best interactions with the reps who work at this location. The store itself is maintained well, always clean and often pretty busy. The shoe selection has been so so at least for my specific shoe size but that's the beauty of consignment stores, they are always getting new product in. All in all, this location in my opinion is the best that I've been to just because of the selection of designer and high quality items, I just hope that it stays closer to what has been in the past than where it currently is which is similar to the costa mesa Crossroads where all the items are overpriced and overly vintage

Ladies working here are helpful and guide me the right place on clothes for men. Great deals with quality condition. Pretty organized all over. Totally would come again to shop.

Recommend you to try a different store. Staff here is very picky, although they tried to be nice and smile to you. I tried another location and they bought a lot more.

I LOVE THIS STORE! They have the best clothes and I always find something I like! Thee staff is super helpful and friendly, especially Nicole. She always helps me out and makes me feel welcome every time I'm there. She goes out of her way to help me and is always so kind.I love the environment and I sell often. Definitely make sure you stop by, but don't take all the good stuff

The customer service was super nice! Cara helped me find what I was looking for and helped me during the process of selection which was quick and easy. I recommend coming here if you're looking for cute pieces of clothing at valued and reasonable prices!

This buy/sell place is definitely not worth it. The don't really buy, the lines are super long, they're not clear on what they're looking to purchase. I think it's a waste of valuable time for having no items purchased. This is now my 3rd time coming and they've bought nothing. Would not recommend. Plato's closet in Costa Mesa is always a hit though.

They honestly have good stuff, and I did have some great finds, but the staff was very unwelcoming. Absolutely no customer service and I felt very judged. No one said hi, or even smiled, but they have no worries gossiping with each other. They are more concerned about talking to each other that when you ask them a question, they will give you attitude for disturbing them. I felt so uncomfortable shopping. 2 stars for the items in the store, great selection, and value. Zero stars for the workers.

Back in 2017-2020, the collection was really good and loved shopping here. Now the stuff the staff are buying is junk. They stick to “on trend” things, the place is full of clothes no one wants to buy

i visited this store today on 09/30 at 4:10 pm. while talking with a friend about a particular item, i observed an employee in the fitting rooms repeatedly mocking our conversation. she was wearing a black glittery top with an open back. throughout my visit, i kept getting dirty glances from her, particularly during the checkout process. this experience left me feeling unwelcome. the cashier who checked my items was nice tho. it's crazy how significant the number of reviews highlight the lack of friendliness among your staff. i trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and appropriate action will be taken to address such behavior. or i hope she gets fired

A smaller location in oc but bigger than LA. Came in a Friday and it wasn't too busy. Workers are not very friendly here and the cashier who helped me was very emotionless.. it was kinda awkward. Fitting rooms felt so dusty and dirty.

They have good things sometimes. A lot of designer stuff sometimes. Selling is not great but at least you can join the waitlist through their app unlike at Buffalo.

The service here is horrible! No one looks you in the eye when they are "helping" you,. They act like you are a nuisance to them, but they will talk to their coworkers all happy and cheery. Train your staff better! I work in retail and a smile goes a long way. It's not that difficult. I was there 2 hours today and I didn't get one pleasant experience from any of them. Sissy was one who really had an attitude. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this is long overdue.

They don't take anything and if they do, they don't give you money they give you "store credit" which is basically useless. I just think they're racist tbh
