I got luxury car wash, they took their time, did a good and thorough job. I'm guessing the rating is because vast majority of the people who are leaving reviews are people who had bad experiences which are probably the minority. that's my guess. in any event, I've had a positive experience and based on it, I can recommend the wash service I had.

I don’t know why this place has so low of reviews. I have gone here 5 times and every time it is great service. No complaints. I will keep coming here. It is a little pricey but again it is workers spending a solid 20 minutes hand detailing/cleaning your car.

Unfriendly and rude staff. After a wait of 40 minutes, the Howard at the checkout spoke with absolute disdain and behaved as if I was wasting his time. He was entirely disrespectful while also trying to over charge us. Would give him 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been coming to Culver Auto Spa on Culver Dr for almost 10 years, and overall the service has been great. The staff is friendly and they usually get the job done pretty quickly. However, I’ve noticed that in recent years, they sometimes seem to rush through the process and miss the details. Every time I visit, I find myself having to point out at least a couple of things after they say it’s finished, like spots they missed or areas that need a little more attention. Still, it’s a reliable place and I keep coming back, just wish they’d slow down a bit and focus more on the details.

Paid 35+ dollars for a waxing and good clean ! First off they didn’t even vacuum ? I noticed this when i got home and was loading some items in . The windshield is filthy I could pay $10 -15 and do a better job it which I will next time. 😤

This place stays closed if it’s partly cloudy outside or if it’s a bit windy. Also I paid for a deluxe wash and they didn’t vacuum at all. Not worth the money and it’s a waste of time driving here and finding out they are closed every time I need a car wash. Sell the business to someone who can keep the doors open.

Like most things, you get what you pay for and attitude matters. I drive a 2024 BLACK Cayenne.
Previously I brought my 2015 740i. I am a car enthusiast and keep and maintain my vehicles,
I enjoy detailing but the Cayenne is BIG. Today I purchased the $89 dollar wash and when they took my car I told them the interior is very dusty and I’d really appreciate your tip guy doing the detail; and, I’ll take care of him if he spends the time to really get it right. Eddie did a first class job! Tip $40, took him an hour. Worth every bit if the cost 🤩 Laura in Irvine

Waste of money and time. I went here and paid 34.99 for deluxe wash interior and exterior with air fresherner. They just simply cleaned and the carpet plus interior was dirty and no air freshener was installed. It’s much better to do it yourself and avoid paying extra for nothing.

The prices are excessively expensive, but the service is terrible, especially the hand wax, which was the worst I've ever experienced at any car wash. When I pointed out some dirty spots, they got annoyed with me. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Do not go there. It's a complete waste of your money.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but my car was not clean, and there was damage on my front bumper that was not there before. I managed to buff out most of it but I’m incredibly upset. I will never go here again.

So far the best guys in town! Have been coming here for a year now - always happy with their services. I’m pretty picky but these guys know how to approach customers like me. Jorge, the manager, is very helpful when it comes to my specific requests! Love coming here!

Nightmare of visit I thought this place was 100percent hand car wash than sitting outside I see my car coming out automatic tunnel I immediately got up ran to my car to see my driver side rim with the worst rim scratch rub I couldn't believe my eyes I immediately asked to speak to the manager who came out looked at the rim and immediately did not want to take no type of ownership for it! Screw this place if you have nice rims or a lowered vehicle like myself go to a real 100% hand car wash where they don't have to drive your car through no tunnel with no track that's going to mess up your rim or car

BEAWRE of poor service and CHEATING attempt
First of all, the cleaning is pathetic. Even after vacuum cleaning of the car floors, you will find floor mats full of dirt and the dirt around accelerator pad is remaining as it is. If there would have had an option to -5 as rating, then I would have given that.
But the most risky part is their attempt to cheat customer and extract money by blaming customer. I had enquired for tire air and they mentioned it is complimentary. When I went to the machine the pipe was fully broken. When reported the store person came and tried to put that on my name to extract repair cost of their broken machine. Another gentleman who was also present in the scene vouched that it was already broken and the store guy backed out. Although he took the picture of my car's number plate. Hence, BEAWARE of this CHEATING & UNETHICAL business.

It is unbelievable the way this business disrespected my money
From the minuted I got there they were only trying to upsell. I chose deluxe wash (which is almost their top grade) but I ended up getting the car vacuumed with some exterior wash.
They had left stains inside and out, and no fragrance whatsoever
No doubt this is the worst car wash I had ever experienced!
