I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at this CVS pharmacy…it took 3 techs to figure out my insurance, I waited forever and the actual pharmacist just stood there and did nothing…she didn’t seem to care or want to be bothered..one of the techs told me that one of my meds was over the counter so instead of assisting me to where it was, she pointed to the aisle and told me to get it…it was locked so I had to ring the bell 3 times for someone to come help which took about 15 minutes…then the tech laughed and said sorry like it was nothing…very unprofessional and the techs seemed to be clueless…she even forgot one of my meds that she had put on the counter prior and I had to tell her and she had to look around the room like a chicken without its head…she then found it and was like oh yeah…I was completely dumbfounded over her incompetence and the pharmacist seemed to just be a statue in the room…it wasn’t even busy either…I waited almost an hour when I should have been in and out in less than 10 minutes…I can see why there are so many bad reviews…absolutely horrible experience!!

Oh my gosh I feel the complete opposite as some of these reviews. Every time I go there from what I can remember they greet me as soon as they can. I just went there to make sure I was remembering correctly and they said "welcome!" Before I took 5 steps. One of the managers named D I believe or Dottie is super sweet and helpful. I love going here to get my meds. It's a real treat!

I come to this place only because it is close to my house. But i try to stay away from this cvs, cashiers are always extermely rude, useless and unhelpful. Alomst all my interactions were with workers have attitudes. It is like they hate their jobs here, but it is definiety not my fault.DO NOT recommend this CVS.

I have seen some items not available on store like aelo Vera pure cream and CVS baby powder bigger package. It happens sometime so I is not 100% store issue. I gave this rating because I have to go to other store to buy some stuff.

The workers here at this location specifically were extremely rude we tried to just be nice and not cater to their attitudes but make sure you're aware of how they treat customers here. The only reason I'm giving it to stars is because it has multiple soup options in case you are sick and want to get soup for a live one. That's why we had to go here.I don't know if CVS pharmacy is actually a franchise but it seems that every single CVS I go to honestly all the employees act this way. At least the guy did not make us use the self check out because we don't use the self check out because we don't get paid by the company to use the self check out but at any other CVS they will literally make you use the self check out unless you say no several times over and over again.

Amazing service! We went to different CVS but they wasted much of our time, but once we came to this one, the service was amazing, workers were extremely nice, and had amazing customer service! 100% will go back to this CVS!

They need more cashiers and they should be competent. Unlike the cashier, Julie, who has assisted me twice, doesn't listen when I speak and is incredibly rude.

Came in today for Covid booster for 2 disabled elderly, yes it's a walk-in because this was the only day I could finally help them, but the staff at CVS weren't helpful at all. We didn't even know where to go and they're not even receptive.

Blair is so alert, helpful. She anticipates the needs of customers.The client before me was elderly, had difficulty using the credit card. She was patient, showing empathy, soft spoken.CVS needs more employees like her.

This was a convenient CVS Pharmacy next to a Ralph's Grocery store and situated in the middle of several hotels and business parks in Irvine. It's small compared to other CVS stores but the items needed were available and in stock. I needed Tylenol in a travel size pack and what worked in my favor was the day before, a 40% off coupon appeared in an email. As I stood in line, a employee called me over to use the self-check out and I wasn't sure my online coupon could be used through self-checkout. She explained that I didn't need the coupon since it was already in my account and as I processed my item, it appeared on the screen. Learned a valuable tool today thanks to the patience and friendliness of this CVS employee.

If I can give this location zero stars I would! It's really unfortunate how bad the customer service is, both in the pharmacy department and in the front. None of the employees are helpful and will let you stand there for awhile before acknowledging you. Not sure if CVS treats their employees like crap because I noticed the lack of customer of service in numerous locations.

Almost robbed me of $24. I bought an at home QuickVue Covid test for a friend who wasn't feeling well. When we get home, we discovered the vials in the box did not have testing fluid in them, likely because they've been sitting on the shelf for months and were dried up.I went back to the store to either get another box, or get a refund. I learned that CVS has a policy of not refunding COVID tests, even if they're defective.Understandably, I was upset. Ryan, the shift supervisor, stepped into the picture and he wasn't okay with my demand for a refund. He made it sound like I was trying to rip him off. So I opened up another box, in the store, and showed him that other boxes were also dried up....he became quiet.Then they give me the CVS corporate 800 number, which is the new corporate way to say, "go blank yourself." And that's exactly what I did. I took the bait, called the toll-free 800 number, got transferred 4x times through the Philippines, South America, and back to the States. I met some really nice people in other countries, but no one had an answer, and no one could help. $24 loss..... until I spoke with Ricky Hernandez, the store manager. He provided an acceptable solution, and although I'm not happy with the process, I'm happy with the outcome.Even though some of these team members were not nice, it's not their fault. They're trying to make a living, and enforce corporate policy. I blame the the Company, but I also thank Ricky, the Store Manager, for fixing it.

Impolite staff at #CVSJust to be specific those were working on May 28, 2021 @ 8:15 pm. As for sure there were other amazing staff working there.
