VI is outstanding with customer service and deserves a Michelin for it! I was at my wits with miscommunication and she nailed the problem and had a impeccable solution. She cares about the patients and customers of CVS she is going very far in life .

This is for the pharmacy:I had an appointment for a vaccine but got cancelled because of a short supply. However, the staff kept me in mind and called me the next day to let me know that they have more supply. Very friendly and caring staff. I appreciate that they went above and beyond and made sure I come back for my vaccine.

This is just for the pharmacy. Called a day ahead to pick up prescription medication where a pharmacy rep advised my meds would be ready in an hour. Came a day later to avoid any kind of wait. I waited at the pick up counter waiting for assistance but the multiple women working behind the counter completely ignored my existence. Then I moved to the drop off counter and the lady advised I go back to the pick up counter. Then a pharmacy rep approached the pick up counter only to ask a gentleman not even waiting at the counter if he needed help and then when he replied "no" ignored me again and just went back to pill counting. At this point I'm just confused why I couldn't get someone to help? Someone must have felt my frustration because a pharmacy assistant finally came to ask me if I needed help...all to find out that my meds were still being prepared and that I'd have to wait 15 min (beyond irritated).Get it together ladies.

GET OUR SHOTS ! My wife made an 11am appointment at this CVS pharmacy just 2 miles from home to get a couple of vaccine shots for us. We were both up for pneumonia shots plus my wife was getting a shingles shot....first of 2 within a few months. We arrived early and after confirming our id's, insurance coverage we sat down to wait for a few minutes. A female employee came out and gave us both our vaccine shots. DONE AND DUSTED !NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Refused to apply my discount from good RX if I didn't go into the store which was already on file. This is the 2ed time I've had a pharmacy staff do this costing me $15 over the fee because I was not willing to go inside after already returning for a 2ed time to have it be ready 2 hours after it was called in! I'm upset this keeps happening at this store.

so bad ,They refuse to provide any information or allow me to inquire, and the doctor handwrites the prescription without allowing me to obtain the medication. It feels like racial discrimination.

This store has lousy service compared to other CVS stores in the area. Yesterday I went in to buy something over the counter and had to wait 20+ minutes in the check out line at the pharmacy counter because the front of store check out counter was completely unstaffed. I mean nobody was there the entire time and when I mentioned it to a pharmacy staffer she just chuckled like it's no big deal. Hopefully some corporate supervisor will see this and fix things at that store.

Every time I pick up my 3 month prescription there's always an issue. I was told the first time that they couldn't find my Rx and that she was too busy right now and to come back later... seriously. You're too busy to look for my Rx that I need daily. That's a bummer. First rule of customer service. Broken. So I called the pharmacist and she found it and I had to go back and pick it up. Then, after a month I was out. They shorted me two months of Rx. Seriously. How could that even be possible. So I had to call and explain that one. Third time I'm back for a new refill. I paid online and they couldn't find my payment even though I had a confirmation. They made me pay twice. Eventually the charge fell off eventually. Why even have the option to prepay if it isn't going to notify the pharmacy?! This is place is a nightmare. I only go there because of the drive thru.

Monday morning 10/10/2022. It looks like the RN in the Vaccination Area does not know what to do with her work. She spent almost half an hour on the phone and the long line of people waiting for vaccination. People are very upset.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My family went in a few days ago to this CVS pharmacy to help get a prescription I ordered. The pharmacist asked if they wanted free covid test kits, and they agreed without knowledge that my insurance allowed any free covid test kits. She provided 4 covid test kits and did not mention anything about the policy of 8 covid test kits every 30 days. Yesterday, I went in to get more covid test kits as I was urgently in need of some and the pharmacist refused to give me my remaining 4 kits, telling me the previous pharmacist had noted on my account that I'd already been given 8 kits. He and the rest of the staff not only did not take any responsibility on behalf of the previous pharmacist for the incorrect note and for wasting my time/effort, but they also failed to provide any possible solutions to this issue and were very unreasonable and rude. I am extremely disappointed in this pharmacy's customer service and will not be returning.

this cvs pharmacy is straight up trash which is unfortunate because its the closest pharmacy to me. ive had to come 3 days in a row and all 3 days ive had the same issues - their systems don't sync, the automated text messages aren't accurate, and for whatever reason they don't ever receive prescriptions from my doctors even after i've confirmed that its been sent. numerous times i've waited in the pick up line to then be sent to some other line because the other computer can pull up my information but the other one in the pick up line can't for whatever reason. ive also been sent texts that my prescription is ready when they're not - this is totally fine and i understand tech isn't perfect and there are going to be glitches etc but what you don't want is a rude pharmacist with terrible customer service skills. she refused to listen to me and instead wanted to send me off and wait for my prescription even though the text message said that my prescription was READY. i even tried to show her the text but she was way too ignorant to look. she was also coughing up a storm yesterday and today which was gross - she should not have been at work this week. awful. switching pharmacies even if i have to drive a bit further.

Terrible Pharmacy service. I went here to do my booster and one of the Pharmacist said they are closing in 20min. Come back tomorrow. Since I needed an Maalox, I asked one of them if they have any since I did not see it in the shelves so she walked with me and showed me a CVS brand instead. But as I was walking to their counter to check out she told me instead to go upfront to pay and so I did and had to be on a long queue because there is only one lady in the counter. Terrible customer service! I will never use this CVS branch!

Freaking bait-and-switch at the worst time I have an international trip, so needed PCR or RAT test done. Since PCR was most accepted type, I decided to go with PCR at CVS, but results in up to 48 hours was problematic with test requirement of within 2 days of the flight day. I called the CVS and rep assured me that most results come back in 24 hours. I went there 30 mins ago and the rep there(sounded like the one who assured/LIED to me), insisted on maximum or suggestively usual 48 hours! And then recommended me to book a RAT test. What a freakin outrageous bait-and-switch!!!! I came back home and found that there is no RAT test available on Walgreens before the flight! This is utterly unacceptable. I won't do any biz with these lying A******! Yelpers seeing this should beware!

The location is great walking distance. I have gone there very early morning in and out with my little dog and they had no problems with it. Recently, there's a new old guy that seems to run the place and is very strict and very rude. About a week ago he insulted a customer lady who didn't speak English very well. This week, I walked all the way there with my dog and he told me rudely like I can't be in the store with my dog because it's the State Law. I would have for future understand since it was brought to my attention that rules have changed but at least let me do my return. He wasn't haven't it. He's truly a grumpy old man and possibly a racist!!! I missed the previous staff members where customer service was fantastic and now went downhill. I can tell the current employees don't look happy working there when that old fart runs the place. He needs to go!!!

Simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, due to some Indian lady working in the pharmacy department. I wish I remembered her name. It was a phone call, and she had me feeling reprimanded like some kindergartener in trouble simply for asking her to repeat what she just said. You're a PHARMACIST. So what if you were a princess in your tribe back in the subcontinent. That just makes you one of hundreds of thousands.
