Make me wait to long for the medicine an I need a medication for infection and the store restrooms are out of service and I need to use it. Bad experience if you sick

I have two very good experiences here. From two different pharmacists. First one was when my eye dr prescribed an eye drop. I had a simple procedure on my eye that day and she said I need to put it right away. But the pharmacy that the dr sent a prescription didn’t carry that one and the pharmacist forwarded my prescription to CVS pharmacy, saying CVS should have it. But this location didn’t carry it either. The pharmacist checked the inventory and let me know which location had it. Today I met another kind pharmacist at very late night - this location opens until midnight. Thank you for your good service!

I came here on the morning of 5/11 to buy a few items including $100 worth of gift cards.
The lady behind the counter when it came time to check out refused to even acknowledge me. She was too busy sitting down watching videos on her phone. I waited for her to check me out but she could not be bothered. She continued watching her videos.
I used the self checkout machine and loaded the gift cards. CVS charged me for everything and then it said error etc and ended the transaction. A guy came over and told me everything was okay and it worked even though the receipt said error. I gave the cards to people and they told me it had nothing on them, yet CVs still took my $100.
Absolutely terrible service.

I want to sincerely thank the CVS pharmacy tech who helped me last night when my daughter’s prescription hadn’t been sent over by the urgent care. She immediately stepped in to help by trying to contact the urgent care herself, and when we couldn’t reach anyone, she went above and beyond by providing me with the phone number of another open urgent care in the area.
Her kindness, patience, and quick thinking made such a difference during a very stressful moment. My daughter was in pain, and this tech truly cared. I’m so grateful for her support and professionalism — she turned a tough situation into one where I felt seen and supported. She did an incredible job.

Dafne is often there when I come in. She’s hilarious, helpful, honest, and so patient with customers and the self checkout machines. If I were her supervisor, she’d be getting a fat raise. Keep her around and hire more people like Dafne!!

This pharmacy is unbelievable and staffs are incompetent and rude. I called to check on my father’s prescription for albuterol nebulizing solution. They told me it was not covered and cash price was $18. I said that was fine and go ahead and fill it. I will pick it up shortly since my dad was being discharged from the hospital. I showed up 2 hours later and it was not filled. They started to process it and then said computer was down and that I need to check back in 10-15 min. A tech named Antoine paged me back after 15 min only to say that in order to get it filled through Medicare part B I need to answer a bunch of questions and it’s a lot of hassle. He kept rolling his eyes. Then again I said I’m fine with paying cash. He said ok then it will be another 15 min . I was really upset at this point . I asked him why wasn’t it getting done in the first place when I called in . He shrugged, said sorry, and walked away. So rude! I used to work at CVS pharmacy before and I would never allow my staff to treat customers like that . I could get the prescription done in 2 min since it was already processed . Just print the label and have the pharmacist check ASAP. Their unapologetic behavior is really upsetting me. I would go out of my way to fix the issue. I would never come back to this pharmacy again !!!

The store is always well organized and stocked. I recall during the pandemic, this was one of the only stores in the neighborhood that had both Covid tests and masks.
Overall, my experience with this store has been outstanding.
P.S. This program, forget the name, sends me a $10 coupon every month and a bunch of other usable coupons (not a bunch of stuff I don't need) saves me like $30 bucks a month in my allergy meds and vitamins.

Male pharmacist or whoever answered phone extremely rude and kept putting me on hold twice mid sentence while I'm speaking. I get if they are busy or overworked but still, basic and respectful communication is easy to provide. Just say "Can I place you on hold please?" Will go elsewhere for prescriptions.

Pharmacy & Retail Staff are Top Notch!
My son forgot to bring his very important medication on our trip to the LA area. We called the CVS on Alton Parkway in Irvine to see if they could help. They jumped to the rescue! Our prescriptions were ready for pick up as soon as we landed at SNA. This CVS is open 24 hours so we didn’t have to stress. Much to our surprise the store also sells liquor and plenty of grocery items. It was a one stop shopping experience! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. So impressed! Thank you ❤️
