It's impossible to get through here n talk to someone. It's automated calling n no live person to get help. Moving to Rite Aid.

They need more employees in the store ! I did press one wrong button at the self check out! And I have to wait for 10mins to get help… and no body say a word for this！ I guess I deserve for my mistake ! But what if someone walk out the door with the merchandise？ anyone would care?

I was just IN LINE to get my son's prescription from an urgent care visit. He was crying from pain. I watched them help everyone in front of me and then told me they were closed. I am in tears right now over the cruel treatment of child who needs medication. Seriously awful customer service.

I don't know why they call themselves pharmacy when they are out of so many prescription medication. They should call themselves grocery store. I went through a nightmare trying to get one med today because they did not have it, then they did not have the alternative either, and I had to call the doctor about 8 times to get this fixed, yes eight times. They initially ordered it early in the afternoon and I am still waiting at 9 PM. This is not the first time this has happened and I am sick of CVS not being able to get the meds for customers.
