Got a flu shot from pharmacist Jonathan. Great experience, they were understaffed but still managed to administer my flu shot within 30 minutes of checking in for the appointment.FYI UCI students ---> UC Irvine SHIP insurance is accepted here.

One of the new main pharmacists here is extremely rude. I miss the two previous pharmacists who used to work here (Nate and Peiwei) who left within the last couple of years, they were both so nice. The new lady is so mean (sometimes she won’t even pick up the phone)

NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE IVEY!!! IVEY IS THE MOST COMPETENT AND COMPASSIONATE PHARMASICST IVE EVER HAD THE PLEASUDE TO WORK WITH!!! The only reason I put a 5 at all is Ivey. CVS over allChas been TERRIBLE lately before working with Ivey.

I called the pharmacy and the female pharmacist immediately starting talking to me in a way that completely shocked me. Unbelievably rude. When I said my roommate was on her way to pick up my rx she said, "You better hope so". I was so shocked I reverted to mom mode and told her to be nice. I am still shaking from this rude encounter. I miss Nate.

There is a woman pharmacist(Hiva) that does not belong working there. She does not know how to interact with people. Also, she lied to me about information concerning mixing two different medications. No big deal, I may have just went unconscious.

i'm not a yelp reviewer; i couldn't give a s*** less about voicing my opinion online to a bunch of strangers. but this place in particular deserves the scorn. by going here, you're sacrificing convenience for absolute incompetence by the employees. i asked for a birth control prescription through the pharmacy specifically, and the pharmacist told me the system was down/she did not have access to that particular system, and to come back the next day. when i returned the following evening, they flat out said "we don't do that here. try another store." and sent me on my way. what is the purpose for being told two separate stories instead of telling me beforehand that i'm unable to do that at this location? whenever i go to get my prescriptions, it's a 15 minute wait, which means more like 45, as after 15 minutes they ask you to wait another 15-20. they never acknowledge you when walking up to the window and I have had to wait for the pharmacists and employees to finish their conversation about their weekend plans before being helped. seriously incredible how terrible and unhelpful this pharmacy is; i have never ever dealt with anything like this at any other cvs pharmacies.

Employees are less than competent, they'll tell you one thing on the phone, and then a different one in person. In my case (when initial order was insufficient to last till the next appointment) other pharmacies would routinely call the Dr.'s office, according to my Dr.. Not this one, more profit with smaller prescriptions. Meds are not ready by the promised time. After waiting some more, pharmacist told me she needed to speak to her manager, and just left me hanging by the window, switching to the next customer. 15 min. later I had to get in line again just to get some attention. At least the manager said she would train her employees in the future. Scraping the bottom for 1 star.

The lady pharmacist work on Monday is extremely difficult to talk with and unhelpful. I asked for a specific med that has been in shortage, and she didn’t want to help by providing any stock information, and she also kept saying that she worked as a pharmacist for 10 years and seen many like my situation, but she is just not sympathetic or willing to provide stock information.

Great all around. Staff works very diligently and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always busy, but very calm, caring, sincere, friendly, and helpful. Nate and his staff are exceptional.
