Ruben and Miguel did a fantastic job setting us up! Ruben responded promptly to my initial request. We had an introductory phone call to discuss what we wanted to do. He was very accommodating to the specific requests we had and took the time to answer all of our questions and come up with a game plan. The installation process went very smooth. They did nice, clean work. They were very professional, courteous and respectful while working in our home. They took the time to explain everything in detail to make sure we were comfortable with how to use the systems. The next day we had some more questions. Miguel picked up the phone right away and walked us through the process again. Overall, they were very easy to work with. I would definitely invite these guys back for similar projects in the future.

Great experience all around. I called DPS to set up an appointment to install ADT security system for my house. Ruben came on time and gave me a quote, explained everything and I felt very confident in his knowledge and expertise. I decided to go with them right on the spot and I'm glad I did. They completed the job exactly as promised, explained me how to use the equipment, walked me through everything and my cameras been working without any problems for 6 month now. Thank you for your 5 star service! I recommend Ruben and DPS to all my friends and colleagues!!

We had recently installed ADT security monitoring systems. Ruben came to our house very quickly after we contacted him, he did a thorough job assessing our needs, provided us with a reasonable price. Miguel was assigned to do the implementation and he was very thoughtful to make least impact to the house walls when setting up the motion detectors and control panel. He explained how to use the system very patiently and professionally. Overall, a five star service for both Ruben and Miguel!

Needed help removing old ADT equipment since I cancelled my service a couple months ago. Put the request out on Yelp. Got several responses pretty quick but Ruben was the only one that called me. Others responded with text. He was here same day to remove old equipment. While he was here I signed up for ADT again. LOL. Not that he asked me to but he did mention that ADT today is easier to use and more reliable than my old equipment. 10 stars for his expertise and knowledge. Feeling safe again in these wild times.

Ruben set up my ring wired doorbell and 4 outdoor cameras in my Irvine home. He was very efficient and gave great recommendations on the most strategic places to put the cameras. His rates were the best among 4 other security companies I researched. I will use him again!

Deciding on an alarm company can be challenging and very time consuming. I interviewed over a dozen companies before I made my decision. Usually I put a large emphasis on reviews. DPS Security Services was head and shoulders above the rest.If I could give DPS Security Services 10 stars I would. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I spoke to all of the major alarm companies in the market and none of them came close to what Ruben was able to provide in terms of quality, price, and attentiveness. He is easy to work with and very thorough in answering all questions. He is also very knowledgeable in advising on all projects, big and small. His installation rock star Miguel came to my house and patiently and thoroughly answered all of the questions me and my wife had. After spending the majority of the day installing my revamped alarm system he walked me through how the alarm works. I was used to a very antiquated setup but he took his time to make sure that me and my wife understood how to use the command panel and all of the items that were installed with it.After my neighbor's house was broken into I wanted to beef up my security so that it was like Fort Knox. The combination of motion detectors, glass breaks, and window sensors has provided me the multiple layers of security that will give me and my family the peace of mind to sleep peacefully at night. Thank you Ruben and Miguel! I will be sure to recommend you for all of my friends and clients!
