DriveCrash was able to recover 99% of the data on my 2TB Western Digital external hard drive. I was pleased with their friendly staff and ease of setting up a payment plan. Total cost seemed a little pricey, but compared to other recovery options I've research it was in line cost wise. I'd use them again if needed.
