The rooms here are terrible. The first room was located right next to the stair well. So I heard the doorway slam behind my head every 3 or so minutes. The TV also did not work. The hotel switched me to a suite. The ac did not work. It was a solid 75 degrees in the room. When I checked in nobody told me that I needed a parking placard. I received a parking ticket. You all have a lot to work on.

I travel for a living , i’m really not a fan of the embassy suites, but this hotel won me over the rooms were so clean the staff was excellent. Jackie at the front desk was wonderful very engaging very detailed very nice lady. Sophia was also wonderful whenever I message her. She responded back to me, quickly I love this hotel. I felt every employee that I encountered. Made my stay here, enjoyable I definitely will stay here again.Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: Food was delicious

Parking is convenient. The rooms are an old hotel, so the smell and facilities are a bit outdated. Because it is a suite, there is a separate dining table. Light meals are available.Microwave. There is a refrigerator. The swimming pool is small and crowded. It is very cold because there is no heater in use. Outdoor-like temperature;;The hotel is beautiful and nice.Breakfast is provided for free and is good, but there are a lot of people, so if you want to eat an omelet, you have to go early and wait in line. You cannot enter the swimming pool with a digital key.Carrier or wheelchair. Anything you need to push, such as a stroller, must be unloaded in front of the hotel before parking. You have to park and carry your suitcase up the stairs. Or do you have to drag it out to where cars are passing?Be sure to unload your luggage in front of the hotel. There is H Mart (Korean Mart) within 5 minutes nearby.Rooms: Old hotel. The pillow.. is so uncomfortable. Not a hotel pillow, but a cheap cotton pillow...Walkability: Wheelchairs and strollers. Difficult to park and move the carrierThere are stairs. ..

Terrible place, do not stay here. I got charged the incidental fee (USD$250) because housekeeping smelled like marihuana in the room after I left. I do not smoke and called to explain. Manager said they won’t reverse charge. So HUGE LACK of customer service. I feel very unfair to get charged for something I did not do. Stay away!!

Where to start... When we checked in we found large toenail clippings on the floor. There were stains EVERYWHERE. There was also a dirty q-tip that was never cleaned up despite the extra housekeeping request. The spare blanket in the closet had hair on it and was clearly not replaced prior to our arrival. I requested a different room but due to the fact that we are a party of 5 they could not accommodate us in any other room and it was late so my kids had to just go to bed. The sofa pull out bed was so thin, sunken in, squeaky and DIRTY. The walls were so thin we could hear everything coming up from the indoor lounge/dining area. There were several sports teams staying and they were LOUD, running up and down the halls, playing in the elevators and I had to call twice for security to come and deal with it. I would not recommend this hotel. The experience was horrible.

I agree with the previous comment from JM. It was unprofessional and my feelings were deeply hurt.1/13/24 - Expanding my review to address the response from the business.Your published policy only mentions the restaurant. It says nothing about common areas such as the atrium, elevators, entrance or lobby.Your security guard mentioned a policy that empowers him to "kick out guests" at his own discretion. Perhaps the security threat policy and the atrium hours policy are published in another document?

Came here for business, conference room booked for two days and we were asked to leave every night at 10 pm before last drink was delivered. Every night we ended up ubering to the Marriott where we were taken care of with grace and hospitality at their bar with food.

Nice room, friendly staff, beautiful atrium. My biggest complaint is that the airflow is lacking, especially in the bathroom.

This hotel is in a good location. Other then that never again will we stay. First of all the room was not vacuumed, there was literally grass all over the floor from a previous guest. The air conditioner was broken and we were miserable, my poor pregnant daughter didn’t sleep at all. They sent someone to fix it when we were leaving?!?! Breakfast was terrible they had bagels but no cream cheese and when I asked the guy said nope. The hot food was cold and tasted old almost reheated. Probably leftovers from the day before. They don’t allow the option of late checkout. On top of that you pay $33 for parking and there is no elevator on the parking, you have to walk a mile with all your luggage. We have stayed at so many Embassy suites and this was the worst. Not the same quality as other hotels.

I have no complaints about this hotel except that they did not honor my Diamond status benefits. I was shocked to learn there was no food credit for Diamond members here. I have literally never had this happen to me ever and I stay 100 nights per year at Hilton hotels and often frequent Embassy Suites. Also, I was refused a late checkout(another perk that is supposed to be automatic for Diamond reward members). The guy told me they were sold out the night before which was so far from the truth because the girl the night before told me they were at LOW occupancy. When I chose my room, almost all of the 10th floor was open, and I was one of maybe two people staying on that floor. Due to them not granting a late checkout, I was late to my business meeting because I had to clear out my room and store my stuff at the front desk. Very disappointing. This hotel is so nice and new that I’d love to come back, but I probably won’t due to the way I was treated.Rooms: I stayed in a king two-room suite. Loved the new updated lighting fixtures and having a vanity in my bedroom. Layout was awesome and it all felt very new.

Great location, took our dog with us and great place to walk the dog around.Rooms: Very large room for the price and very clean.Safety: The hotel has lots of cameras and entry to the parking garage is with the key card, all the doors need the key card, this made it safe for us.Walkability: The hotel is located in a business district with a great park nearby and fountains its very well taken care of and great place to walk or jog.Food & drinks: Great free breakfast, they cook you omelette’s or do eggs any way you like.
