Prior to arriving and even after renting, this storage unit advertised low prices per month. For me and my housemate, it was $32 a month combined. 3 months into my deployment, I had received an email saying that prices were marked up due to “inflation”. Yes, inflation. I expected there to be a slight increase. They marked up our rental prices up almost 400% to $120. As in our application process, we had noted that we were going to be gone for 6 months due to the military/deployment. I have a feeling that it was marked up on purpose knowing we wouldn’t be able to do anything since we were gone. I looked at the current prices, and they are still being advertised for the same price as we were previously paying.

i HAVE BEEN AT EXTRA SPACE FOR A LONG TIME
LATELY JUAN HAS TAKEN CARE OF ME. HE IS JUST GREAT. ATTENDIVE AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE EVEN REMEMBERED MY LAST NAME WHEN I WAS IN TODAY .
. I WAS REALLY SUPRISED. I PURCHASED A SMALLER UNIT AND CAME IN. TO GET THE NUMBER. ALWAYS HAS A SMILE AND EAGER TO HELP THANKS JUAN!!!!!!!!
