Public Storage raised my rent on a 10x10 unit by 33% in just four months, and the facility was dirty and poorly managed. I started looking elsewhere and found Extra Space Storage on 66 Tesla, Irvine, CA 92618, just a mile away.
I spoke with Bill York, Store Manager, who got me into a ground-floor 8x10 unit only about 25 feet from the entrance. It’s the perfect size for my belongings, with room to spare for lighter items. Best of all, I’m now saving 56% each month.
Bill, your facility—along with the buildings and individual units—is noticeably cleaner than Public Storage, and the “in and out” access is incredibly easy. I’m very happy with the switch. Thank you, Bill, for your time, help, and follow-up!

I had a great experience renting a unit here. Storage facility was always clean, temperature seemed controlled even on warm days, and office staff was always friendly and helpful! I also appreciate that they have longer access hours than some of the other storage facilities I’ve used.
