I just needed to drop off a Fed Ex package. I had the prepaid label printed and it just needed to be affixed to the box. They wanted you to charge me $2 to tape the label to the package. Absurd.

They were closed by the time I got there even though on the website it said that it was open. Fix your business hours online please.

Man with no hair and glasses is not a very personable. I would suggest he work on his customer service skills and the tone he uses when talking to customers.
