Came here this afternoon, because I needed a document scanned and converted to a PDF. I was told that the printing machine is temporarily out of service and being used for something else. I was told to go to a different location. It is kind of odd that they only have one printing machine at this location so if you have a project don’t come here.

Today was my first day going to the FedEx. And I must say the greatest customer service that I've ever encounter. Direct many people come back, you're absolutely! There was no way everyone that I turn to was so attentive and so nice! Especially Marilyn and Ed. They did everything I asked if not more they went to the extent to make sure that my menu came out. Perfect! Thank you so much for your service! I truly appreciate it. :)

This location only has one print & go machine... and it's been "out of service" for over a month now. Why isn't it being fixed??? The machine is broken, but they won't offer to make you prints unless you pay an extra service fee at the counter... fix the machine!!! Poor customer service here.

Used this location to ship a package using a client's FedEx account number. FedEx staff accepted the package, verified the account number, address, recipient name, etc. I didn't need to pay cause it was covered by the account. A few weeks later, the client tells me he did not receive the package yet. I unfortunately lost the receipt but assumed it could be tracked via their account number. I call FedEx customer service to try and track the package down, but its almost impossible to talk to anyone unless you have a tracking number. All I had was the account number, recipients information, my information. Long story short after finally getting someone to do some searching using the information I had, FedEx tells me there is no record of them ever receiving or shipping out the package via the account number on that day. I am baffled. Never had a package just disappear like that before. I will most certainly avoid this location if I can, and I think there are some serious systemic issues going on here.

I would specifically like to thank Albert O. at store #4578 at 17801 Main St Irvine CA for being kind, patient, and most of all extremely helpful. Shipping international can be a hassle really but Albert looking into what I was shipping and informed me that I would need some Lithium ion label. Of course, I didn't have it but Albert was kind and told me how to get the labels. He also also patient with me when we discovered that my 10kg box had gone over. He waited for me while I took the box to the side and tried to remove extraneous packaging. And not to forget, Albert also helped be tape up my package so good - nothing is going to break that box open. Thank you Albert and thank you FedEx for having great people on your team. You truly take the hassle out of shipping.

FedEx as a company, and particularly FedEx Ground is basically the worst shipper on the planet. The Post Office (US Postal Service, USPS) does better by a long shot. FedEx is unable to deliver on their so called delivery claims. A package from CA to NY or NY to CA, FedEx claims to delivery in standard fashion in 5 business days, 7 actual days. But in 20 deliveries I've had from them from NY to CA and 5 returns from CA to NY, FedEx Ground has never ever hit their schedule time, not once. And they do not really update you properly, especially given all the so called tracking. They will say a package is going to be delivered that night, for two days, when a package is in TX, or NM, or AZ, and there is literally no way it could possibly be delivered when they say. They only update the delivery AFTER THEY HAVE MISSSED the scheduled time. (e.g., if you are waiting at home for it, you are wasting your time, because their delivery updates are completely useless.) Its a terrible company. They do not have a delivery guarantee. (They advertise one, but then in small print in their website, they say its been discontinued (for the last 2+ years.) So no refund of shipping charges, and no product. Sometimes items disappear for a month, or for forever (stolen). They LIE, LIE, LIE as well. So many packages I have gotten say "Bad Label, relabled" as the "cause" of delay. When the package gets here, you can see the original label was in perfect shape, but yes, there is an extra label on it too. (Just and excuse). There second favorite is "weather" when a package travels are route without a drop of rain, no wind, no problems at all. FedEx is simply people by LIARS. No one in the company cares about anything they do. And they pay s**** so that get that type of result. If you need a package lost, destroyed, or delayed, then by all means use FedEx Ground. FedEx Express has equally bad staff, but they generally only get packages there a day or two late. (But you could pay $4, and get faster service from the Post Office.) FedEx, absolutely no reason to exist, other than to be the cheapest, worst possible delivery shipper that any business can possibly use. If a busines uses FedEx to ship, then use a different busines for your purchase.

I needed to send a birthday card to my daughter with a check inside and didn't feel comfortable sending it via US mail so I went into this FedEx store in irvine and was helped by a really nice employee! $12.81 wasn't bad for 3 day delivery. Happy birthday to my sweet daughter with a birthday card that's 2 days late.

Half of the employees are super helpful and grateful but most of the time when we come there to get supplies, order and ship out and its constant issues. today went in to buy 25 boxes and they said i could only buy 15 thats all they could sale me but went to the back to get them instead of adding the 10 from the shelf to give me the 25 like i asked for which the manager said he couldnt sale me more than 15 to order online which you cannot do that.

I dropped off a package at this location because I needed a receipt. This location was closest to my office so it was super convenient to swing by. I was warmly greeted upon entry and it wasn't super busy due to being before 10 am. My package was scanned and placed in a general pile before my receipt was printed. I was in and out in a few minutes. They have reserved parking for FedEx customers in front of the location. There is ample parking if those two spots are taken. I'm glad I didn't have to drive all the way to the hub for a drop-off receipt as this location was more convenient.
