I came to drop off my bags, but the employee Sno was extremely rude. Despite explaining that the label was sent to their mailbox, she insisted I step out and wait outside.Unhappy with her behavior, I won't be returning to this location.

$2 just to use their computer to print something! Doesn't make any sense!!!! What kind of store provides a printing service without a free to use computer?!!

I fabricate "forever messages in bottles" for an oceanography group gathering data on ocean pollution deposition. This past Thursday, past noon, I needed shipment of 98 kg of armored message bottles in 9 heavy boxes, Customs paperwork. An 1100 miles away departure date had shifted. USPS Customs website was wonky. The local Post Office had no Customs forms.FEDEX! 3992 Barranca Pkwy. Irvine, CA 92606 It absolutely positively had to be there...THE NEXT DAY.Claudia, Rian, Kira, and Sno performed the Herculean tasks of getting it all in and moving it all out despite two credit cards locking for "suspicious behavior," possibly my criminal idiot government AI at work.Logged in by Oceanography Receiving 10.03 AM the next day.. YES it works. YES the price is competitive with the local incompetents. Kvitøya, here we come...eventually. Maybe.

PRETTY SAD SERVICE ! I popped in here today to drop off a return...a pair of Merrell Trail Glove 6 shoes in their original shoebox secured with packing tape. I had bought the shoes at Merrell online a few days earlier and they were sent to our house via Fedex shipping....they were not a good fit. The guy at the service counter refused to take them for shipping back to Merrell because they were in their original shoebox...a Merrell requirement. The guy said...you will have to put them in a box from us. I told the guy that I had already paid $5 to Merrell for the return. I also mentioned that I had dropped off an identical Merrell shoebox here for return to Merrell a week ago. That was a mistake the guy told me. There was no way this guy was going to let me off the hook unless I paid for a Fedex shipping box. NO WAY ! I left and successfully dropped them off at another Fedex location.NOTE - Of course with over 22 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics in 2022 I can tell you what is great !

Me and my daughter were going here to print out a single image for a book project. We didn't know how to print out an image, so we asked an employee, but they were to busy talking to each other. We had to ask 5 times for help, and each time they basically said to figure it out ourselves. Print and go? More like print and wait, because the 5th time we asked, they said we had to wait 10 minutes. Maybe you should get better customer service!!

It’s been a few years since I’ve gone here and I’ve taken my business elsewhere but like many people who have vented about the two Asian guys they’re 100% correct. Both are rude but one isn’t competent and instead of reaching out to me to ask if he could adjust the box size he made the box significantly larger and it ended costing me $700 extra in shipping fees for international and oversized packaging. Another FedEx office was able to package a similar product smaller and safely saving me $ and way better customer service. Best decision I’ve ever made! The older Asian assistant guy was extremely unprofessional and rude and shouldn’t be in customer service at all. If you guys do go here enter with caution. A FedEx commercial reminded me of these dudes. The female manager was always nice and professional.

I love using FedEx. Everyone's always helpful and reliable! I came here to print out something the other day and it was really busy, but I probably waited 5 minutes and was amount of there in another 5! Great customer service!

I come here quite often to ship stuff, and the staff has always been very helpful even when I make a mistake and have to ask for a package back.They’ve been totally great. I really appreciate them making it easy to ship stuff out. I’m usually in and out very quickly, unless someone in front of me is taking a long time heh.

We thoroughly enjoy walking to our nearby Irvine FedEx location. This is the second time we have been assisted recently by Team member Michelle. As we stood briefly in line we saw that she treats each customer with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. When Michelle greeted us she was so welcoming. She noticed that again we were shipping to our daughter in New York City and smiled. It is always a pleasure to visit this FedEx location and experience the BEST Customer Care. Please commend Michelle for her excellence in service and welcoming attitude that we observed her displaying for other customers as well!Recently we again visited our Crossroads Shopping Center FedEx Irvine location to ship via FedEx Express. When we arrived, there was a small line of customers that quickly dissipated due to the experienced staff including Ryan at the shipping counter. We observed Ryan professionally greeting all of the customers and additionally. securing some packages with shipping tape to prevent any water intrusion in transit. Please recognize Ryan for his ability to quickly meet the needs of customers with a smile, and professionalism!
