The print people is incapable and slow. If you don't want to do theri way or try to save money. They give the attitude that they don't want your business and you should go away

Just like everyone else, I had a poor experience with this fed ex location. I watched the driver deliver a package to a house across the street from me, then 45 minutes last scan my package as unable to deliver. The driver NEVER made any attempt to deliver. This location has some serious integrity issues.

Something from vitaly that delivered on Saturday to your shipping center must be out for delivery soon. I need today. Make sure you don’t forget that. It says delivery expected today… don’t forget it’… it says on the way (Irvine) .:. You must have it!

FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE ! I needed to return a pair of Merrell Vapor Glove 6 shoes in their original shoe box ( bought online )....recommended shoe size by Merrill too small. I put extra packing tape all over the box to secure it. Today we stopped by here around 10.45am and I walked inside to drop off the package. A friendly dude behind the counter took it off me and asked if I wanted a receipt.....yes please. The whole deal took 2 minutes !

VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE ! I had a pair of Merrell Trail Glove 6 shoes to return in their original shoebox as per return instructions from Merrell...at a cost of $5 to me. I received them from Merrell a few days ago via Fedex shipping....not a good fit. I popped in here around midday today and was greeted in a very friendly manner by Toni the female cashier. NO PROBS ! Toni took the Merrell shoebox which I had secured with packing tape and gave me a tracking receipt. TOO EASY !

Terrible service! Standing for 10mins with no one showing up but talking in the back! The other guy came twice and spent half hour this time with the problem unresolved.
