When I walked in, the guy at the front desk was pretty rude. He kept saying, "we are very high-end, and we are not home depot".
The lady who helped me was pleasant and helpful, but overall, it was not a pleasant experience. I am giving the place two stars because the lady was helpful.
UPDATE:
I am changing the two stars to 4 stars.
I went back because I made a few purchases online. One of the sinks was cracked in the back, and I was returning it
Denise at the front desk was super nice and helpful, and she took care of my return.
Suzanne helped me with my entire bathroom fixtures, and I received all my orders in time for my bathroom remodel. I am changing my 2 stars to 4.

I had a fantastic experience planning out my bathroom remodel. I booked an appointment yesterday with a salesperson, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also clearly passionate about her work. I believe that level of dedication is exceedingly rare, and I wanted to give a shout-out to the company.

Spent about 10 k on fixtures which is not as much as others . Still at any price customer service should be important you would think. Couldn't get my original salesman to come to the phone or return messages when my contractor reported problems or missing parts with items I bought. Never even called back when I messaged we wanted to shop for a few other items. The dishwasher we ordered never arrived. Never got a clear explanation. Fortunately I found the same appliance at Lowe's for about $300 less. Probably greatly overpaid on other items.

Very bad customer service. Had to returned items that didn't work out and the person who helped us seemed upset. The girl in the front desk friendliest person there. Definitely not coming back

Yes, go with Ferguson!! I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed my own personal experience purchasing my whole home of appliances from Ferguson!Additionally, I am a designer, and I consistently point my clients back to Ferguson. Since I experienced firsthand the streamlined process, competitive pricing, the responsive customer service and many more positive aspects to the transaction Ferguson is easy to recommend! One thing I love in particular are the spec books that Ferguson reps will provide for the project. I give one to the contractor and one to the homeowner well ahead of installation. I have worked with several different reps during the course of various projects, again, including my own whole home renovation, and each person went above and beyond to meet or exceed my expectations. I have had wonderful experiences most recently with Michelle Misci and Kari Whitaker in the SoCal/OC area. I understand that supply chain issues are a thing but they are truly universal right now. As a member of the design community I can assure you everyone is dealing with this reality(furniture, tile, etc). So when I see bad reviews about lead times I don't put much stock in them because they are unfortunately everywhere. That said, Ferguson made every effort to communicate every detail of each project from the very beginning and they keep that communication open until the project was completed. As I said before, go with Ferguson! They are a great company with tons of resources to make your home beautiful!

I call ferguson about a part and the lady looked it up on her computer and founded it at the store of artesia blvd in Carson. Went through tons of traffic to pic my part up. Walked in there was only one guy work because it was lunch. After standing in line for an half hour as soon as i get up to the counter. The man at the counter with the worst attitude looked at the part and said we don't carry that part anymore. Call the lady back on the phone and she insured me her computer shows the part at the store but I can order the part. Went back to order part now a different person with terible jokes ask the first person and took his word when I told him I am on the phone with someone who said I could order it. Now the don't carry it at all and he will have to order it from the manufacturer which takes 2 week. Call back now they switch me to the manager who tells me they have 6 in Hawaii. In other words get F+++++ we will not sell you the part. Now I am Black Disable Veteran owned company to introduce myself. So on the phone they had the part but when I showed up in person they don't have it. I only can come up with one conclusion is the are very bias and refuse to sell the part to me. I will fill a federal complaint and a state complaint which may not do any good.VERY RACIST AND UNAMERICAN store.

I purchased over $50k of merchandise for my remodel and I wish I would have purchased from Pirch or a different retailer.1) Ferguson is being swallowed up by build.com. It took me over a half an hour and three different people trying to call my local store that I purchased the goods from to help with installation instructions. It was horrible dealing with an 800 number in some kind of call-center versus the local people I purchased all my items from. There is no more local service with familiar faces.2) Their delivery department is very unfriendly. They brought my appliances to my home but the delivery guys decided they did not want to carry the large capacity washer and dryer into my home. They used various excuses and got the sales person from Ferguson on the phone with me. They refused to deliver the washer and dryer. Within 24 hours Best Buy came out to do a courtesy measurement of my laundry room, and immediately agreed with me that my room will accommodate the specific appliances purchased. They sold me and are delivering what I wanted. It was a complete waste of my time to have to purchase the exact same appliances I had already bought from Ferguson from Best Buy because Ferguson had lazy delivery people, and would not listen to me - their customer.3) You would think after these two problems they would be extra apologetic and helpful. Not the case. They just emailed me to tell me that they delivered the wrong merchandise to me and my plumber has already installed it into my walls. They are making it right, but just barely and with minimal apologies and no attempt to make up for the extra hassle of having to have my contractor redo the work that has already been done.
