Employee in store was not helpful with return and stated it could not be done due to policies, which differs from what GameStop puts online as their policies. Confirmed with another store and there was nothing wrong with the return and the other store helped me out and seemed confused about why this location wouldn't process the return. Got taken care of at the orher store. Will happily drive 15 minutes further to get help at another store from now on.

Not sure what's happening at this store to be honest. Called ahead to see if they had a crown zenith ETB in stock as it said they only had one left online. Worker says they have it in stock. I get to the store and there are FIVE workers at the desk. I ask one of them if they have it in stock. One of them says they don't. Drove 35+ mins to this location just for them to not have the product they said they did. Not only that, but NONE of the five workers were competent enough to see that they weren't in stock. How is that possible?!

I pre-ordered a collector's edition of a game on GameStop's official website and was supposed to receive a pre-order bonus, a pendant, which required in-store pickup. The website clearly stated that providing the order confirmation number was sufficient. However, when I visited the store, the staff insisted needs to seeing the physical game's invoice, making the process inconvenient. The store stuff’s attitude was exceptionally poor and unhelpful, I was very disappointed with the way he handled and responded.

The last view from Bruce was definitely fake review. He’s in the same group with salesman. The review beside him all 1 star. You can know how bad for this place.Try to avoid Arron, long hair man. He didn’t know how to return the items and just told me my items could not return because pass the return date. After doubt him I came here in 2 days after I received the items and he could not say anything. The system showed incorrect price for each item, but I showed the total amounts I pay. After he scan my item, the price was the correct price. However he said he could not return because the system showed incorrect price.He didn’t give any solution and just have bad attitude. Wasted my 30 mins and passed the buck. Try to avoid this place and this man. Totally ruins my day.

Arron was stellar, had lots of patience in helping me get my new system and game.But more than that, he delt with this extremely rude customer. When I entered the store I started browsing but there was this customer that was giving Arron a hard time for at least 20 minutes, he was probably there before I arrived too. Arron did an excellent job explaining why he couldn't process the refund to the customer but they would not have it. Customer talked down to Arron, called him a bunch of names, and tried to demean him as a person.Arron, thank you for helping me. You never deserve to be talked to like that Arron. You even bounced back and were very friendly and knowledgeable for my questions and gaming. Rockstar. Eleven out of ten customer service skills.

Salesperson limited ability to help us in making purchase of PS5. Ended up leaving without and disappointed. Will make the purchase at Target for better experience.

If I could, I'm put 0 star They sold us an open game as if it were new, the code had already been used, we came back and they told us that they open all the games ??? but that the codes are under lock and key... and then they stole our code and they don't respond I am very disappointed in GameSpot, also Corporate is called and no one answers.

Came here looking for a toy for my kid. Was greeted by both reps when we entered. They helped us look for the toy my kid wanted in the store. When they didn't carry it, they helped us search their database online the helped us locate the item in another store.Then returned a couple weeks later to pre-order an Amiibo. The rep tried to help me but I missed the deadline by one day. But he did look into it and take the time to see if he could try to get my order in. Alas, the computer wouldn't let him. But he did try.Definitely 5 star service.

If you're looking to get yourself or kids in to gaming, you need to visit GameStop. It's easy to make costly mistakes buying things you or your kids won't need. Instead come here and they have someone right away to help you with any questions or concerns you might have. I just bought a switch after being in the store and asking Adam 100 different questions. My daughter is super stoked on the games that Adam recommended. Couldn't be more happy! Also, if you buy used games you can take them back within 7 days. Great security for someone that doesn't know games and might buy something they don't like.
