Every month I visit Genoa pharmacy, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I receive From the moment I enter the store, I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a professional and courteous manner.Additionally, the pharmacy have an excellent selection of products, and their prices are very competitive. The staff also go above and beyond to ensure that my prescription is filled quickly and accurately.Overall, my experience at Genoa pharmacy was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality pharmaceutical products and services.

The most kind and competent pharmacy I have ever worked with and that’s coming from someone who has worked in a pharmacy myself for 10 years so my standards are very high! Tammy and Jasmine in particular help me often and are just the sweetest people who truly go above and beyond for their patients!! I would recommend this pharmacy for all prescriptions to all friends and family in a heartbeat.

New customer of the Mission Viejo Genoa Healthcare and I am so happy to say that so far this is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. David is the best, great communicator, listenes to my needs and he helps me navigate my heath insurance maze. He also works great with my Doctors and their staff. Delivery of medication is on time and when expected and David checks in to ensure I have received the order. So happy I've switched!

Wow! I recently moved and didn’t update my address with the pharmacy. They ship it priority and it we went back to them after it was sent to my former address. I had no clue that he (Khalid) was delivering to me from Irvine.Not only that, I like smaller pharmacies because you receive better service.Very nice and professional people.

This review is long overdue! I've been using this pharmacy since last year and they have, hands down, the BEST, most attentive staff on board. I've moved over a dozen times in my life and as a result, have tried many different pharmacies, small and large. Genoa Healthcare is the only pharmacy that is reliable, makes you feel valued, will ship medications to you and WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK if you have questions for them.They're on top of it! Ultra reliable and trustworthy. To me, that is extremely important in choosing the right pharmacy.

I am a patient at Progeny Psychiatric, a few suites down. On several occasions, I have had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Tammy Nguyen, Pharmacy Site Manager. She is always smiling and offers coffee and snacks while I’m here! I am looking forward to Genoa Healthcare exclusively contracting with Progeny

Genoa pharmacy opened a location in the same building as my Dr’s office. They are open 8AM-5PM Mon-Fri. While a lot of their business is through shipping, I make the time to go in person because there is never a line, and the pharmacy manager Tammy is an absolute gem. The personal service keeps me going back. They truly make you feel welcome and valued as a customer.
