I called ahead and explained I had an important meeting I needed to get to so wanted to make sure they could fit me in. They told me they could do it right then so I came right away. Again I expressed the importancd if the timing. When I arrived 6 minutes later, they left me sitting in a chair for 45 minutes waiting for someone to free up because they couldn’t actually help me. They were fully booked. They completely lied. I was a great long time returning customer and I won’t be returning.

Easy to book an appointment in this location. I’ve been doing my gel fill and pedi with Rachel, Lily and Tammy for over 2 yrs now, and they all do an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

i got a french tip with a heart shaped on the aneler finger. it looked like a 4 year old drew a heart on my nail and the tips looked droopy

Rude manager/owner, awful service, I asked them to use a thin layer of fill for my manicure, however once it was finished it looked terribly thick and uneven, I asked the manager if they can fix it and he replied very rudely that this is the best that they could do and they don't know how to fix it. I would never go back to this place . The worst nail spa ever.

Can you give zero stars! This place did a horrible job and it was painful the entire time! I can't believe they would even let us leave. I walked back in after paying and leaving because I was so horrified that I just paid $80 for fills and they looked horrible. The shape, the thickness, and they couldn't even apply chrome correctly. I'm embarrassed to walk around with nails looking this bad. I will NEVER step foot in to this place again. Just because a nail shop is in Irvine and charges Irvine prices doesn't mean they have the skill or talent to do acceptable nail.

I went there couple days ago to get my nails done as I got in the store I never got any greetings from no one. They were staring at me, so what are you doing here. Lol I told him I need to get my nails and my toes done so they made me to sit in the chair and there was no one to get my nails done but this guy says Says two minutes. i’m sitting there for like almost 8 minutes and I asked him like is there anyone available or what he’s like? Yeah yeah yeah so finally this lady came and started working on my toes and then the other lady came and worked on my nails I knew these girls they don’t know what to do. My nails looks horrible and there were such a liars. Customer arrives in the store and they have no workers and they promised them have a seat in two minutes. This young guy walks in and asked for to get his eyebrows waxed and this guy says have a seat two minutes and this lady was supposed to get his eyebrows down is the lady who does my toes and this guy is in hurry I feel so bad for him and I told him you know what go ahead get his eyebrows down I can wait, she was really happy and she got his eyebrows done and she came back and she tanked me. When I get finished I went to cashier to pay the money they charge me $85 for all the service. I don’t know what she did just to get my nails and my toenails for $85. I was so upset and I paid them guy and I just left. They are just thieves and liars. Don’t ever come to the store Specially the guy that manages store is such a liar in such a rude person. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

First time coming here and most definitely will be the last. I asked for a dip manicure and the mail teach kept trying to push a gel manicure on me the entire time even though I told her that's not what I want. Then the color I chose looked nothing like the color on my nails I asked her about it halfway through she said it would turn out to the color I chose and it certainly did not. I didn't have time to stay for her to completely start over because I had work and had already been there over an hour. The nail teach and gal at the front desk were extremely rude and unapologetic about the situation.
