They are aggressive and fairly rude. Even when you request pedi and mani, you will be charged an extra $10 removal (total of $20) on top of whatever you paid.
Their gel colors are very old and dusty.

I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit to Happy Nails. The technician, whose name was Tai or Ty, began working on my nails without softening the cuticles first, and immediately started digging into them, which caused me concern right away. Unfortunately, that rough technique ended up giving me a swollen fingertip from what seems to be an infection.
During the gel application, he gripped my hand too tightly and kept slipping, which caused the gel to get on my skin. He appeared frustrated, but instead of taking responsibility, he tapped my hand like I was a child and told me, “Hey, stop moving your hands! You keep moving so I can’t do it straight!” I was sitting still the entire time. Even the woman next to me looked surprised at how he spoke to me.
It wasn’t just the poor technique that bothered me—it was his attitude. I felt disrespected and blamed for something I didn’t do. When I said, “Excuse me??” in response to his rudeness, he just mumbled something in his own language and continued to be dismissive.
While the other staff seemed kind, I definitely won’t be returning after this experience. My first time at Happy Nails was anything but happy.
Last photo was taken the day after. And the rest was taken 5 days after. I never had gel nail rough like this. Usually it lasts for 2-3 weeks without tip cracking.
FYI, I did white nail and chrome for $52+tax.
Update: The manager fixed my nails, and they’ve stayed perfect without chipping! I’ll definitely book with him from now on.

The gel manicure starter peeling off after just one week and it had bubbles trapped inside it I don’t recommend if you want good quality.

I have been a loyal customer at Happy Nails for a while now. Nick, who I go to for my dip manicures, is great. I always get complimented on my nails. He get the perfect shape and color I envision every time! Not only do I enjoy getting my nails done for myself, as a dancer, I have to ensure they are looking their best before competitions. He always makes time for me and I high recommend Nick, as well as other amazing nail technicians at Happy Nails!

This place is the only place I get my mani and pedi done! Same goes for my mom and my nieces. Customer service here is superb and all staff cater to all your desired service! They offer kid-friendly services as well. Genuine and friendly service everytime. Nick is the best nail tech ever!! Kenji is fantabulous so ask for him any nail art design and he will provide the best art ever! Dina takes really good care of my mom when they meet and I really appreciate that so much.

Hands down my favorite nail salon! My go to person is Julie for my pedicure and she is amazing at getting my ingrown nails out. Kenji does my manicure and is really great at designs! They provide a very relaxing experience and give a bonus massage at the end of the service (:
