The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. I have always just walked in without an appointment. They always do a great job for pedicures. I just expected a little more massage and scrubbing of my feet. But maybe this time I just didn't need it.
Cleanliness: The disinfect everything and use fresh new towels.

$50 for damaged eyebrow, itchy face, almost no overlip hair removal. Never go to this place for wax or eyebrow or facials or anything. Escape!!

I went last week for gel Manicure I asked the girl to make my nails rough to make the gel stay at least 2 weeks ( as we all know about the gel ) she refused and guaranteed that it will stay at least 2 weeks without using any machine to make the nails rough few days later the gel started to peel from the edges After one week the gel peel off completely from 2 fingers When I went back to the salon , a lady told me we guaranteed the gel for one week and the regular for 2 days !!!!!! What kind of products they are using? ???? although this place is not cheep Happy nails is very bad experience Not recommended for anyone

First time going here and I had a great experience. Susan was my nail tech. She helped me pick the perfect shade of pink. She did a very nice job on my nails and we had a great discussion. Thanks, Susan! And afterwards I hit up the Indian store to be adventurous and try an Indian snack.

Went here to get acrylic mani and regular pedi. Received amazing over the top service. Definitely recommend going on a week day if possible so it's not as busy. Tony did my acrylic manicure and it was one of the best I've ever had. Asked for almond shape and he did it perfectly and put so much technique and artistry into it. Definitely will be returning! Didn't catch the name of who did my toes but she was so kind and extremely talented.

I went to have my nails done yesterday, 05/07/23, at Happy Nails and Spa located at 13218 Jamboree Rd, Irvine, next to Target, in the Marketplace. I had an awful experience. I was treated horribly by a woman that goes by the name of Susan. The problem started when I pointed out to Susan that I needed more powder (filler) on two of my nails. Susan told me that my nails looked fine and that once she put nail polish on them I wouldn't notice any problems. I asked Susan very nicely once again to please fix the two nails before she applied polish; and, she told me "NO"! At this point, I asked Susan if I could please speak to the manager. Susan ignored my request and told me to "pay now". I told Susan I wasn't going to pay until I talked to a manager and my nails were fixed. Susan announced in a loud voice that she was "familiar with my kind" and was going to call the police. By the way, I am African American. I have lived in Orange County for 20 years and for the most part have enjoyed the experience. When Susan told me she was "familiar with my kind", this is one of the few times I thought I was being treated differently because of the color of my skin. She continued on to tell me and everyone in the salon that was listening, that "You only wanted to get your nails done for FREE.". That statement was a lie. Everyone that knows me or that I meet will tell you that I am the sweetest and most giving person they know, and that I have a really big heart. Money has never been an issue with me; my husband tells me I'm too generous with my tips. I really hope that Susan gets counseling; this woman needs psychological help. I wish this never happened to me. If I were her boss, I'd fire her! It's not enough that she wouldn't fix my nails; but, to verbally abuse me in front of everyone in the nail salon because I asked her to fix two of my nails is unacceptable; it is outrageous. Ladies and gentlemen never let these people that do services on you, tell you, that your wrong and to shut up and then insult you if you ask for a few finishing touches! This type of behavior makes the perpetrator look ignorant, and where I grew up in Long Beach I have seen this type of language lead to violence. People should act mature and civil towards one another; especially when they're in the service business. I'm so glad I call my husband. He is a lawyer and could read the situation as soon as he arrived to pick me up. While my husband was talking to the manager, he heard Susan yell all across the salon, ""She only wanted her nails done free."Like where was she coming from; lol... wow!
