Do yourself a favor and don't go here!
I went in just to get my nails done and left completely disappointed.
There’s a man named Lee who did my nails and it was honestly such a horrible experience.
He didn’t even do a proper manicure, just slapped the product on my nails with no care.
It was so bad that I honestly felt like cutting my fingers off.
Please avoid this place at all costs!

Not a good experience. A very bad and rushed manicure by the only male who was there. He should just manage the place not do manicures. A complete waste of money. Also the tools and towels he used did not look clean to me.

This nail salon is an overpriced disappointment. The cleanliness is questionable at best, making it hard to relax when you’re worried about sanitation. Customer service is a gamble—some nail techs are kind and attentive, while others act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up. Don’t even think about asking for adjustments like water temperature; you’ll be met with eye rolls and attitude. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and client appreciation.

Came in w long nails, told her I wanted it trimmed but still long and coffin. She cut it in half to the point it was so short I don’t know how they could be considered coffin. I pointed out she cut my nails super short she just told me it would break off easily and that’s a damn lie. She sprayed hydrogen peroxide and one of my nails stung cuz she broke the skin. And the final piece was when I was done and left and there was heavy hard clumps under my nails. And I still ripped her $10. Just cat eyes manicure and it took an hour and a half

I had a manicure and pedicure here and seriously it was one of the best ones I have had in socal. All of the girls and guys are super sweet and do such a good job. They also do the best neck and shoulder massages. My lady was so sweet. I ended up loving this nail polish color and she let me keep it. Seriously would recommend this place and will be coming back.

I have to say I've been so impressed with the Happy Nails on Alton Parkway in Irvine. The manager along with Tina and Mi really stand out as being exceptional representatives of the salon.. The shop is run smoothly and professionally, and every single person I have come in contact with is very kind and professional. As far as the service, that's actually provided, that, too has exceeded my expectations each and every time I received it, I would highly recommend this salon. It's a wonderful, relaxing experience and I really appreciate the great team at Happy nails on Alton in Irvine.

I enjoy this Happy Nails Spa - it’s close to my home but especially because Mai gives me such an excellent pedicure. She is kind and gentle and I love her to pieces!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!If I could give no stars I would. I came here to change the gel color on my toes and gel x nails that’s all. I repeat just to change the color on my hands that had a fresh set from a lovely nail shop in Tustin (I’ll post their information below). The reason why I didn’t go back to the place I originally had my nails done was because they were closed and I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for them to be open, but that was a huge mistake.Anyway, I chose a neon yellow color because I am getting ready to leave for a trip to Hawaii. Not only did my nails look horrible after they re-polish them, but I was charged $67 just to change the color! I was blown away when the gentleman told me $67. I had called prior to coming in and I asked them how much it would be to change the gel color and they told me anywhere between $15-$20. I paid nearly $100 for thick, clumpy gel polished nails. They’re thieves plain and simple.Anyway, it wouldn’t bother me so much if the nails looked beautiful and professional, but they don’t, they look thick and uneven, so sad. I didn’t complain because I like to be polite and I don’t like the nail techs to feel bad about their work. Now I got to go to Hawaii with these clumpy mash potatoes looking nails. SMH.Below is the information to the nail salon that I highly recommend you all going. It’s a Tustin not too far away from Irvine.Finesse Nails516 e. First St.Tustin 92780 ( I guarantee you will not regret going to this nail salon.) Ask for Lorie the owner, she’s an extremely talented nail tech. You can thank me later! ?

Do not come here for pedicure. Nails were cut slanted and when I asked if she could cut even she was annoyed. She tried to fix and I pointed out what I wanted. She got upset and tried again but I still did not get them fixed. I just gave up and will fix on my own. Since she was annoyed the polish wasn't much better.
