Not good! The shape of the nails was not even, and nails polished were not covered all part of my nails, I came home and did it myself.

I enjoy this Happy Nails Spa - it’s close to my home but especially because Mai gives me such an excellent pedicure. She is kind and gentle and I love her to pieces!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!If I could give no stars I would. I came here to change the gel color on my toes and gel x nails that’s all. I repeat just to change the color on my hands that had a fresh set from a lovely nail shop in Tustin (I’ll post their information below). The reason why I didn’t go back to the place I originally had my nails done was because they were closed and I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for them to be open, but that was a huge mistake.Anyway, I chose a neon yellow color because I am getting ready to leave for a trip to Hawaii. Not only did my nails look horrible after they re-polish them, but I was charged $67 just to change the color! I was blown away when the gentleman told me $67. I had called prior to coming in and I asked them how much it would be to change the gel color and they told me anywhere between $15-$20. I paid nearly $100 for thick, clumpy gel polished nails. They’re thieves plain and simple.Anyway, it wouldn’t bother me so much if the nails looked beautiful and professional, but they don’t, they look thick and uneven, so sad. I didn’t complain because I like to be polite and I don’t like the nail techs to feel bad about their work. Now I got to go to Hawaii with these clumpy mash potatoes looking nails. SMH.Below is the information to the nail salon that I highly recommend you all going. It’s a Tustin not too far away from Irvine.Finesse Nails516 e. First St.Tustin 92780 ( I guarantee you will not regret going to this nail salon.) Ask for Lorie the owner, she’s an extremely talented nail tech. You can thank me later! ?

I went today with my daughter for manicures. Both ladies who did our nails clearly did not have any experience, and the nail polish is of very low quality. We had to come home to remove it. Bumpy, uneven coloring, and badly shaped.Service: Manicure

Do yourself a favor and heed the consistently poor reviews. I called ahead to make an appointment and waited 20 minutes without being seen. Decided to leave when another guest without an appointment walked in and was immediately tended to. Waste of time but glad I didn’t stay to find out if they’d make my nails bleed too.

By far the worst time I have ever done my nails, I had to recheck twice because the nails were not straight! I had two scrape wounds one around my thumb and one around my big toe that would not heal a week after (which is why I’m writing this review) the message at the end was done carelessly (I’m not talking about timing) so this has been by far the worst service ever!! Even though it was done by two different people!

Today I went to Happy Nails and Spa. Just moved and stared a remodel and my toes are a message and I ache all over. "My" did my pedi and was friend, professional, and sweet. Hannah gave me a shoulder massage and was amazing. Hannah was friendly, checked to make sure I was happy and comfortable, and memorable. I thoroughly recommend this site and look forward to seeing them both again very soon.Services: Back massages

I was there with my daughter to get manicures - I had someone different , great experience ( nail tech named Lee ). My young 10 year old daughter had an older women with glasses and pearl clip in her hair . Firstly she didn’t look like she wanted to be there , cut too much of her cuticle , never said hi looked at my daughter or asked if she liked it , and my sweet daughter said I didn’t get a even get massage at end. Also, she wasn’t paying attention to simple flower design my daughter showed her . I had to ask my nail tech to remind her. She was super impersonal. This sort of behavior is unacceptable, in especially because she’s a child. I’m very disappointed , I will rethink going there . Just to clarify I did not leave a tip for her however I did tip my nail tech Lee.

I should have known better than to get a pedicure at Happy Nails. I was near one so out of convenience I thought I'd give it a try. The polish job wasn't good at all. I went back in 10 minutes after I was done to have it fixed. It wasn't fixed and the polish looks awful. Not overly friendly. The manager sat in the back of the shop talking to someone on speaker phone. It was loud and unnecessary. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had gel nails removed and the rotator file was used to start. It ruined the nails on my left hand. A women stepped in to help and properly removed the gels on my left hand but now I hav e to keep my nails painted until all the nails on my feet hand grow out.

Extremely upsetting experience here. First off, let me say that the woman who did my pedicure was so attentive, sweet, and was amazing. However, the woman who did my manicure would not listen to anything I said that I wanted. I asked her please do NOT shorten my nails and she shortened them by half. I tried to explain many times and she never tried to understand, and she just kept shortening them! I asked her to please keep them square and not file the sides and she immediately filed the sides of them and made them taper to be smaller at the ends(opposite of what I asked for/not square). I wish I hadn’t come here at all.

I never leave reviews but after years of looking for a manicurist who keeps my nails pretty while preventing them from breaking all the time, I'm so happy to have found Tina at this salon. I've been coming to her regularly for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with her work every single visit.

This place is great for a pedicure. There are few stations for manicures but plenty of pedicure spots. My pedicurist was Hannah and she did a great job! My feet are so baby soft because she put in WORK! I wish I found this spot earlier because they do a good job for a really affordable price. (I got a pedicure with callus removal for $38, most places range around $45-50).I can see that this place can get busy, and they run like a standard nail salon (which is typically first come first serve). So keep that in mind if you're looking for a place that "honors appointments" or if you're expecting a spot with American-based mannerism ;)

Despite having an appointment and arriving a few minutes early, I had to wait 35 min (with my feet in cold water) for a nail tech to begin. The place was chaotic, messy, loud, and overcrowded. The first few toenails were painted when I noticed she applied the wrong color I requested. Instead of just grabbing the correct one, she argued with me and complained to co-workers in her own language. The "massage" was basically her long nails scraping my shins. I am not a Karen and did not let on I was not impressed. The next morning, my big toenail paint was completely missing. I was headed to a fancy event that evening with open-toed shoes, so I went back for a touch up. It literally took 45 min. This was my first time at this place (usually go to Essence or the Nail Bar in Irvine) and will be my last!
