I decided to rent a car from Hertz. I’ve tried other car rentals,, but had yet to try Hertz.. it was a very awesome experience from the time I walked in till the time I returned.. customer service was on point and the car itself was immaculate. If I could give this more than five stars I would.

Terrible service. There is only 1 person serving customers. The manager is not available for customers. No one answering phone call all day. Please don't go there for car rental. They are not equipped to serve customers.

Terrible service. What kind of car rental company doesn’t offer a return ride for customers? Only good thing about this branch is that it’s in the neighborhood, but even then it’s unreasonable. I paid almost $800 for rental and they can’t even bother to get a $15 ride home?

Great experience. They were so helpful. Went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect. Wonderful place to rent a car from if you need and I highly suggest you do. The whole staff was nice and Umer made sure I had nothing to worry about for my trip.

Great customer service from everyone. However, Hertz should be embarrassed to have sofas in their waiting area that are torn and stained—one even ruined my trousers.

This is the only location I constantly have terrible service. I love Hertz, but whenever I deal with this location I consider switching to a different company.

Booked a reservation online. I had an issue on our end and had to cancel reservation t, the gentleman who had helped us was very patient and assisted us through the whole booking process. Overall happy with my experience

Worst place to rent a car! Over charging for everything and they keep saying they'll take care of you if you call the stupid 800 numbers!
