I have been seeing Dr Jing Moy for several months. He is one of the best Doctors I have seen in a long time. He really listens to your concerns and makes good recommendations to help improve your health. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care Doctor. He also has the extra credential of Dr of Osteopathy "DO". And I have to also comment that Jasmine and the entire office staff there has been incredibly friendly and caring, and keep up great communication with patients. I'm so glad I found Dr Moy!

This review is for Dr Yu. We join Hoag on 9/1/2022 after 15 years with Kaiser. Our Primary Care Physician was Dr Yu and both of us (my wife and I) are so impressed with Dr Yu. He is very professional, caring, always takes his time to listen to our concerns, explaining the situation thoroughly and never gives us the feelings of being rushed. Surprisingly, 3 days after I saw him the first time, I was able to schedule another same day appointment due to an urgent pain on my ankle. Something that I could not do during the past 15 years. What is the point of having a PCP when you can't even see or talk to him or her and got sent to urgent care to see others doctors when you need your PCP. Dr Yu had solved our problem. He is also very responsive to your text message. Lastly the Hoag Compass facility on Jamboree we went was absolutely nice and clean. We totally recommend Hoag Med Group, especially Dr Yu.

Have been seeing Dr. Stephen Yu as my primary care physician for several years now. Since then I have never been in better health. Dr. Yu treated my vertigo in office, which has never recurred and thus has substantially improved my life. He has given me several simple but non-obvious and very meaningful suggestions in managing several of my health conditions. He has always been patient, polite, and explains things in adequate detail so that I am able to make changes in my life to better my health. I truly feel he cares about my health condition, and regardless of how many minor complaints I make, he always takes time to address literally everything I have brought up, even going over my appointment time slot to make sure no stone is unturned. I feel healthier every time I see him! Thanks, and looking forward to my next visit.

I love this Family Medicine Center in Irvine. I am a patient of Dr. Amanda Khosravi and Dr. Anny Wu. It is so good to have an incredible primary care physician and a Rheumatologist under the same roof. They are both very caring, listen to their patients, and work collaboratively to bring about the best results. I have received the best care of my life under these two incredible physicians. Also it is important to note that the front desk staff, nurses, and assistants are very caring, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you have the information and care you need. Great job Hoag with this Family Medicine Center!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Rude and not helpful when trying to make an appointment. Even if the doctors are phenomenal it isn't worth the hour phone wait and then to be treated so poorly is beyond me. Shameful service.

Hoag Urgent Care at Woodbury are super human beings! Excellent people skills. Compassiona. Attentive Today was 1 of the strangest days I've had. I was bitten by my gentle giant of a dog, who was suffering his own health issue when the unfortunate event occurred.

I'm not convinced that this is actually a typical urgent care despite the signage all around the building and doors. They apparantly bill insurance as if it was an office visit, not an urgent care visit. As soon as you walk in you are met with a person wielding a clipboard, and you must wait patiently in the stuffy waiting room for 20-30 minutes with others, possibly infected with a deadly virus, until it's your turn. Eventually you are escorted in to see a nurse. It looks like they also employ physician assistants, but I'm not sure if there actually was a physician around to supervise the nurse and PA that day. I did not personally see what could have been a physician, but not certain. When you're all done, and on the way out, you are asked to make a co-payment, and the amount would depend on your insurance coverage. Check your mailbox, because days later an invoice arrives which they insist is the balance of your annual deductible amount. It seems like they bill insurance hundreds of dollars for the most minor issue. Shame on them!

I came here for a covid rapid test. The process was fast and got my results very quick. Although they were pretty busy everyone seemed friendly. Would recommend this location.

Very disappointed with hoag medical group and urgent care. they make you call them when you arrive yet the phone line is always busy and you cannot get through. It has been over an hour of waiting in the parking lot and still cannot reach someone on the phone. Will be considering changing my medical group to someone other than hoag this year due to the lack of customer service and rudeness of wait staff.

I went here yesterday because I had a lingering cough and wanted to make sure it wasn't something serious before incurring a new deductible in January. I parked in one of the Urgent Care spots and called the number several times until someone picked up, took some basic info and put me in the queue. I then got a call about 10 min later from nurse practitioner Cindy. She arranged for someone to come out and perform a COVID test while in my car. After 20 min, I got the green light to go in and meet with Cindy. She was super nice and very thorough. I would recommend her to anyone! I was back on the road a little more than an hour later, which is quicker than I expected at an Urgent Care. By the way, I do love that this one is part of Hoag, which made it easy for them to link up with my profile.
