I furnish all of my homes here. I have even consigned my furniture here. It is awesome. Then, you get a store credit or cash. I always take store credit for gently used furniture. I love it! High quality furniture is located here! Gary is an awesome manager!

They had a scary looking metal face, sadly it was sold, however I found something else and got it at a good price. It's a nice mix of price points and they have some unique things.

Had the most terrible expect today at the store. The sales associate Patrick was extremely rude and mean. He was making snarky remarks and judging us. We wanted to buy a patio set and patio chairs and his attitude made us not buy it. He followed us while we were trying to not deal with him almost making us feel like we were going to steal something! When we told the other associate that we were not going to buy it anymore— he made another snarky remarks judging us and saying I knew they weren’t going to buy it… it was the worst mistake to go to that store. Sad to be subjected to such racial bias and be treated and insulted like this.

Has anyone else had problems getting paid for consigning? According to the terms of the contract should have been paid weeks ago for items they sold and they keep giving me the run around every time I contact them for payment. Not sure what’s going on but last time I trust them.

This used to be my favorite consignment store. Really disappointed with their new location. The building seems much smaller. They used to have a ton of really interesting stuff. I would make a couple laps around the store at the old location just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Unfortunately, I was out of the new location in under ten minutes and probably won't be going back. .

Not what it used to be. Looks mostly like overstock from some cheap online retailer rather than consignment. The buyer seems out of touch with design trends as well. Lots of fake plants & dated bulky furniture. Bummer!

I love this store! You can find great bargains for extremely nice merchandise that is either new or gently used. Their jewelry department is amazing!!!

I stopped in there to look at furniture. Looking for a new couch and a table to match. The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude and could care less what I wanted. I was willing to spend some good money on some nice quality furniture, and she did not care whatsoever. I also wanted to put a few pieces of high-end, well-taken care of furniture in their store, and they refused my items. They only look at pictures that you send through the email and they judge on the pictures only. They don't want to see the furniture in-person. They have no time for that. Whatever you do, please do not deal with "P" as she is completely unprofessional, and I don't understand how they still are in business after reading these reviews. I do not recommend doing business with them. It is unbelievable how this consignment shop rips you off. After 30 days you can either come get your product. If it doesn't sell or you have to give it to them for free. Unbelievable! There's no other consignment shops I have ever dealt with that does this. such a scam! :(

Unbelievable and unworthy to sell anything. Was willing to purchase about $3000 worth of items and then have them deliver them and pick up our $3000 couches to put them on consignment and the lady wouldn't have it said we had to buy our stuff and have it out of there within a week, but because it's the holiday they wouldn't look at emails and wouldn't be able to value our stuff until at least next week wouldn't even give us an additional week to hold it. . Terrible, terrible business practice. Do not recommend. I own a business and have been in sales for the past 30 years. Not sure what kind of sales person lets three grand plus they would've made an additional two grand off of my furniture so what kind of a salesman lets a $5000 definite sale just walk out the door? And whatever you do, please avoid P like the plague just a very miserable person.

I used to be able to find some good stuff here but seems prices have gone up a lot lately, and not worth it for used/damaged stuff.
