I went in this morning for help with one of my bank accounts. From the very moment I walked in I felt that I was wasting their time and made to feel very unwelcome. I left and ended up sitting in my car crying.Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Worst customer experience I have EVER experienced.

I see the changes here, everything is new. But the service is poor, the signage is very unclear and there is no one to serve. After I said excuse me many times, the manager came out and asked me to scan the QR code on the sign with an expressionless face. There was no explanation or answer to my questions and the whole process made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm sure she is the manager with the highest position here and I don't think this should be the service.

I would give zero stars if I could. I walk in and all they have is a small table with two ladies and 4 chairs for a waiting room. We couldn't pay our rent online and we aren't sure why. Could be on their end but I won't blame them for that because I'm not sure why it wouldn't go through. So I had to drive 30 mins to get to their bank to deposit. I walk in with the check and deposit slip. They tell me to go sit down. Ummmmmm ok ? That's never happened before in my life. I really really need to use the restroom and I ask if they have one. Nope. Not for you. Then later she comes over and tells me that they don't accept checks for people's rent !!!! What ?? I am trying to make a deposit !!! Does anyone know if this is standard practice or way out there? In my opinion anyone should be able to make a deposit if they know the account and name of the account. Then later she says that she will be going to the back to make the transaction this one time. I told her we tried online and that's our preference anyway..... I am not sure why anyone would bank here.... It was Such a poor experience that even a day later I'm super motivated to warn people. They were doing construction of some kind and I'm not sure about what the plans are.... But they should have maintained the ability to take a deposit in front of me.

I'm only giving ONE star because I couldn't give ZERO. By far THE WORSE bank known yo man. I opened both checking & savings accounts. Had my direct deposit set up from my Emoloyet. I went to with draw money , ATM card was capturd. I was told account were suspended for suspicious activity. I asked whst kind and if I could vetofy activity they declined to give me any informatiob. It's been 10 days without access to my money or accounts. I called again today. They told me it will be an additional 60 days before they have a tespinse. I said what are you looking gif or how cab help as my rent has still not been paid for the month. He said "sorry". I don't know who ti call or what to do. I'm facing an eviction because i cannot get my money out of this bank. I'm beyond angry.

The manager and teller were RUDE and acted like they were better than I as I try to cash THERE banks check and the manager made me feel like since I wasn't asian I wasn't worthy of help. Every single asian that came in had someone help them we stood and were treated terrible. Felt like it was a racist area.

Horrible customer service. I was literally just in there with two tellers available and no other customers in the branch and they had me wait while they finished up their computer work. I had an envelope of cash I needed to deposit with them and they had me wait. 5 minutes go by they say 5 min more. Unreal… I walked out. Never seen anything like this before

the worst bankjust buried my momwent with all the legal docs from the attorney and morekept me waiting for an hour then said noif i wd have come 40 days and i quote after her death that wd be ok as though death can be timefwill be filibg a complaint they refuse to close the account and i am the successor trustee

The worst bank ever! If you don’t want to lose money, don’t bank with them. They provide unprofessional services by having only a few bankers in this branch. Let customers wait endlessly. When you finally meet a banker and they try to help, they need a higher authority approval and their manager won’t help you. Their online customer service doesn’t help also. With the limited branch numbers, it’s not surprising to hear that they will close retail banking with HSBC new structuring. Close your account if you don’t want to move to an East side bank management. Very unhappy and do not recommend.

I really don’t want to give 1 star to the bank teller but she told me I don’t have any accounts with them even I showed them my mobile banking….yeah, see how ridiculous it is.

Rude unprofessional terrible terrible place to come, teller delal is miserable and needs to get put out of her stank attitude. Not welcoming not friendly not professional, she did not want to give me a deposit receipt

Everything is not so bad like reviews mentioned. I was worried before coming because it has only 2 stars. However, Kiyu Zhang helped me and my mom a lot. She was very fluent in many languages. Once again, thank you Kiyu Zhang
