Ordered on 11/22, received product in 12/5. Received the wrong base for the top. Messaged the company in 12/7 and I've had a run around until today 12/19 informing us we need to ship back the item in the original packaging. We are lucky we even kept the packaging because you would think that what gets sent is correct. And if we didn't keep the packaging would we be charged for shipping it back even if it isn't our fault??? Finally shipping the base back as we received the shipping label, was told "once we receive your product at our facility we will be able to further assist you." Do not order from this company. If there is any sort of mistake they will not help you at all.

*Update* I was just informed one whole month after i placed my order... after I had to do all of the legwork chasing down info via email, phone, social media, on where my order was ... that the vanity is out of stock. No offer for extra discount or anything. Just a "sorry for the delay and inconvenience" Literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I'm amazed they're still in business to be honest.I ordered my vanity a month ago. It was "shipped" a week ago... as in 7 days ago. The tracking hasn't budged in that time. Still just says label created. I was told 10-14 business days. It's now been 20 business days. I'm not getting any answers on what the **** is going on. No real apology. I have no idea if or when I'm going to receive it. I ordered it in mid november thinking naively that surely I'll have this in time for Christmas. And now after reading all the other reviews i'm worried that if it ever does show up, it will be damaged and i'll only have 48 hours to figure that out. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to figure out if i should just fork out another small forture and order another vanity elsewhere just in case. Terrible.

I ordered two of the GlowMe 2.0 LED selfie ring lights for the mobile phone, both in champagne gold on 11/5/23. When the item arrived the package showed a quantity of 2, however there was only 1 GlowMe Light in the small bag. I emailed IV and they asked me to submit photos of the item received. Several days later, I received an email stating they were sorry and that they would send the second GlowMe asap. I still have not received the second light and have emailed them again but haven’t received a response. I’m very disappointed because the light that I did receive does appear to be of good quality and produce a nice amount of lighting. Overall I’m disappointed because the lights were supposed to be gifts and now I don’t have a second one to give.

I've purchased many items from Impressions. Including the largest slay station , I'm so incredibly happy with each purchase. The quality along with unique beauty of each piece is perfection. I highly recommend this company. Couldn't be happier

I love my Impressions Vanity set! I reckon you do get a husband for this one! Lol! The assembly process is not for the weak! My order was delivered in a timely manner. If I had any questions, they were answered swiftly via email. Highly recommend ?

I love all impressions vanity, I got my vanity set from them, I also have my hello kitty ring light, hello kitty LED hand mirror, hello kitty with Bluetooth mirror/LED, hand mirror hello kitty. I get all of my hello kitty merchandise from this company, and I love them!! Comes with warranty, delivered with care and on time.

Wish 0 star was an option, but settling for 1 star. Company stated in written correspondence that "It appears our warehouse shipped out the tabletop without notifying us that the 6-Drawer Units were out of stock. It appears there was a glitch in our system which allowed customers to purchase this out of stock product. At this time we do not have a restock date available." They demanded we drop the dispute and they would help us. The credit company said DO NOT. Then the Impressions stated "that the merchandise has been delivered" to try and get out of it. Legal action to follow. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I didn't get an order canceled in time prior to it being shipped out. However, Impressions was quick to provide me with information on how to ship it back with a free label for a refund, along with constant communication and quick responses to my questions. Thank you, Jorge for the great customer service!

I bought a hello kitty 6 drawer Dresser/vanity. They canceled my order without my knowledge. Phone number rings then disconnects because the number isn't valid. I would love a refund on my purchase. There's no way I would buy from this company again.

We loved the first one so much, we bought this one so my daughter doesn’t have to tote hers to and from school. We also purchased one for my mom. Great product and great customer service.

It was horrible both the service and temperature. Was 80 degrees and was here for 3 hours with no help. I gave them everything I wanted (Bluetooth, size, etc.) and they showed us one 3 hours later that was perfect but seriously, THREE HOURS LATER YOU FIND WHAT I WANT???!!!

This mirror better blow my fiance off her feet when it gets here. I NEVER left a bad review for ANYTHING I’ve ever ordered. I haven’t even got the mirror yet but I’m giving your customer service 1 star since I can’t give a 0. ALL I NEEDED was an update or a confirmation email about it being processed. AFTER MULTIPLE emails AND CALLS, you guys respond by saying it’s getting ready to ship lol. 10 days to give me some info lol. Crazy. Taking full payment from a customers account and shooting them one email saying they will email you soon with more info is ridiculous by the way!! and I ADDED ROUTE PROTECTION FOR WHAT?? I’d gladly rather pay 50 dollars to the next person so they DO NOT GET IT, SOOO USELESS!? And yes I called to let them know in THE MOST KINDEST WAY that I just wanted one update, and all I received was nasty attitude and a “look , when it’s being shipped we will email” then click?!! I’m not one to get frustrated but man whoever is answering y’all phones are THE WORSE! NEVER AGAIN!!! The mirror must really be stunning. Smh
